Michael was on time and explained everything very clearly, helping us find and fix a leak in an upstairs fixture. He also flushed a tankless heater and had everything done in a friendly and timely fashion. Scheduling was also a breeze and they called to let me know/confirm that Michael was on the way. This company performed like an ambassador and far exceeded my expectations. I had them pull out all cast iron from under my slab house and replace it with PVC. They showed up on time and completed on time. Their excavation crew even put the garden hoses back exactly as they found them. They were a least cost of 3 bids and they did the work without breaking up my slab. Christian appears to be the foreman ordering the crews but I've got nothing but good words to say about all of them. I don't expect to need them again but I can certainly recommend them.

Wes did a very good job. I probably will be having this company install a hot water heater in the future. Just a very nice and hard working guy.

Michael was great! We got a quote from a different company that was almost 2k more than what we paid with All Masters Plumbing (and it came with a year warranty when the other company wouldn’t offer one). So thankful we called this company for help!

Had a refrigerator delivered and the company that delivered could not hook up the water line. Called Bluebonnet Plumbing Services and they came out the next day to install. Would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be contacting for my next repair.

Willie came out to check our furnace today for its yearly check up & thank goodness he did. We had a new roof put on last month & apparently they knocked flue pipe loose & did not put the roof crown above roofline.
We are just lucky we had not turned on the heat yet.....scary! Anyway, Willie will be back on Friday to replace & fix everything. So happy we have a maintenance plan with them.

I noticed the water heater drain pan had water from a leak. The guys from J Rowe Plumbing came out and quickly diagnosed the leak, fixed it and charged a reasonable price. I've used these guys in the past and see no reason to change.

Highly recommend! Prompt, trustworthy, and reliable. We used their emergency plumbing service. They were one of the few services that even answered the phone on a Sunday. They were at our house within 90 min, and their emergency fee was very reasonable. The plumber that we had, Tony Lopez, explained to us what went wrong and showed us the pieces that were no longer working. They did not try to sell us anything extra or unneeded. We will 100% be calling them whenever we need something in the future and likely using them as we remodel our home and install new fixtures.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
