I hired them after signing up with the monthly plan. Honestly they were very informative, professional and patient with us. I will be using them monthly as these guys are trustworthyUpdate****Even better customer service. We had one guy (Aaron) who came to fix our outside AC fan as a second day process. Then something happened with one of my AC units (which had nothing to do with the one being worked on) I addressed the issue with him and he solved the whole problem and went beyond my expectation. Have no regrets in signing with these guys and I will be their customer for a long timeHad multiple plumbing problems including detached sink, toilet malfunction. That’s when Larry came to help. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. It took multiple trips due to the design of our sink but we got it done. Larry even fixed my toilet when it wasn’t even on his schedule. Tyler was very pleasant and professional. He replaced the fill valve and flapper in both my toilets. All is working great now. Pricing was very competitive and scheduling was quick.

Kaleb is a great honest guy. He’s very responsive and his work is top quality. I had a serious leak in my front and he showed up early the next morning after I called. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. A pipe in my front yard had a small leak in it causing my bill to constantly stay high. Kaleb solved that issue and I was able to sell my house without any problems a couple of months later. Quality quality quality!

A driver for this company cut me off on the highway causing me to slam on my brakes, almost causing an accident. Then continued to go slow. So I went around him & got back into the fast lane. I have a decal for my small business on my back window. He then proceeded to call my number & leave a threatening voicemail that I had cut him off & that he was going to leave a negative review on my business page. I then call the office & ask to speak with the owner. The woman who answered the phone asked who was calling & when I stated I wanted to talk to them about a driver of their van, she hung up me. This concerns me for what type of people are running this business! If this is their customer service, imagine how they would behave in your home!

Was unfortunate to have a slab leak. Had been leaking for quite some time before I knew I had a problem. I do not live in the metroplex, but out about 50 miles from Ft Worth. They came within a day, detected the area of the leak using sound equipment. Other plumbers I had previously contacted told me they would HAVE to cut through my floor and very possibly through sections of my interior walls to detect location of the leak, so I was relieved to know I could avoid that extra damage to my home by the use of sound equipment!

They located area of leak and it was about 3-4 ft in from an outside wall. I asked if they could tunnel under the house to fix it and not go through my kitchen floor, which is how most slab leaks are repaired. They said that was possible and they put in a call to the guys who do digging for them. It was going to be another 5 days before they could come to do the digging with the equipment they have to handle such a large hole.

Five more days would have been difficult for me and my husband to deal with no running water in the house. So Jack and Jesse took on the job themselves right then and there! By that evening the leak was repaired, the hole refilled, and we had running water! They took great care to leave our yard in good repair also! Couldn’t even tell a hole had been dug!

This is a family owned plumbing company. They treat their customers like family also and have compassion for the serious issues that arise that put homeowners in a bind.

Hot water heater will not stay lit & I call two plumbing companies & one was book till Tuesday & the other said to call another plumber they didn’t want to deal with it. I used this one a lot. No more!
So I looked online & found this company & its 5 star rating. I called & they came out & clean some little thing & put it back in & told us they would call in the morning to check on it! What ! What! This is real Customer Service which I haven’t seen much of lately. Definitely use them from now on.

My original hot water heater that was installed when my house was built over 13 years ago started leaking. It was installed in our house by Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing. I called a Plumber that I had used over the past couple of years for small fixes around the house to come by and stop the leak and replace my hot water heater. I reached out to Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing after realizing they were the original Plumbers when my house was built and spoke with Gary who was very knowledgeable and very helpful by answering my questions even though I did not use them to replace my hot water heater. The plumbing company that I used did not pull a permit or have an inspection done after the work was completed. Gary informed me that was a State Law and requirement by the state of Texas and should have been included in my upfront estimate. I have since made the plumbing company that I used pull the Permit and have the Inspection done. I really appreciate Gary's time and sharing of knowledge even when I did not use them for the repair. This shows what an upstanding and respectful Company Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing is and the type of people they employ. Will definitely use Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing in the future. Thank you Gary for taking the time on several occasions to speak with me regarding my Plumbing situation.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
