After calling around 4 different places I called texas slab leak repair and couldn't of been happier the bid it and the bid is guaranteed for three years they were on time very professional I would recommend them to anybody honestly plumbers are so blahhh but these guys really set the bar thanks again

My AC went out in August 2019. I called several contractors to get estimates and information on replacing my 15-year old unit. Max Mechanical was the last one I scheduled to come out. Overall, they were very responsive.Bob, the sale rep, was very professional, informative, and low pressure. Additionally, I didn't feel as though he talked down to me because I was a woman. He was able to get someone out for an install the next business day.Javier and his helper arrived at my home and got right to work. They were efficient and easy to communicate with. I had cool air well before the sun went down on the same day. Javier did have to get filter parts for my unit and come back a second day. When he returned, as promised and on time, I got the same good, professional service. The only reason for the 4 (rather than 5) star rating is there was some minor damage and dirt to my floor and walls that I'm going to have to touch-up, but nothing catastrophic.I appreciate that I received the same level of service from Max Mechanical from the initial phone call to completion of the job. I would recommend them to a friend or colleague in a heartbeat!

The most honest plumbers ever!! Super high quality work and the best prices around, we shopped and they beat Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and many other quotes we got. They were fast, and very professional.

I tried using them for a faucet replacement but they arrived with an attitude, after rescheduling multiple times within a week. Not once did they apologize and refused to schedule two days out. Nevertheless, upon arrival, the gentleman was incredibly rude, he told me screw you after I asked them to wear booties and a mask so that they don't walk in with dirty shoes. I have all of this recorded on video for documentation. My family members and kids heard such disgusting, uncivil, and unacceptable language. It is my home and I have family members that have weak immune systems and allergies and I need to protect them. Instead of respecting my home and accommodating my request, they drove off without fixing anything. I tried calling multiple times and they kept hanging up on me. Apparently, they don't need the work and can afford to treat their customers with such unacceptable behavior. Rest assured, I am well connected in the community and I will be reporting them to my home warranty company and BBB for their unprofessional, rude, and offensive behavior. Cheers.

Need a new blower motor and am being charged $1500. Seems awful high when online they cost about $400. The tech was nice and patient and very friendly and knowledgeable. But price seems ridiculously high.

Mr. Booker and his team did an amazing job on getting our toilets repaired and replaced, when four other plumbing companies didn't! I will NEVER Call Another Plumbing Company Again!!! Jack & Jesse Are THE BEST EVER!!!!!!! I Had A Leak Under The Bathroom Floor In A Pier & Beam Foundation Home In The West Meadowbrook Section Of Ft. Worth Built In 1939. The Home Has No Access Under The House From The Outside. Jack & Jesse Had To Tunnel Their Way Under The Foundation To Find 3 Sub Floor Beams. They Dug A Little At A Time Until They Got To The Leak Location. They Replaced A 6' Section Of Rotten Galvanized Pipe. This Was Done On The Cold Water Line. The Hot Water Line Had Been Replaced With Copper In 2001. By 5:15 PM They Had Finished The Repair & Refilled The Hole & Leveled The Surrounding Dirt. I Could Not Be More Pleased!!! Ask For Jack & Jesse And You Will Not Be Sorry!!!!!

Was not real happy with my telephone conversation. I needed a second opinion on a slab leak. The man on the phone made me feel like he didn't want to come to check out my situation. Conversation ended and left me with the feeling he had so much work he didn't even want to bother with me. Will not call them again.

With a plumber, most of the time you're at their mercy and hope they're telling you the truth. Lasiter does the best work at a fair price. They didn't try to upsell or mis-diagnose our issue to work in their favor. We needed our tankless water heater replaced, along with fixing some of the gas piping. They coordinated everything, including setting appointments with gas company and city inspector, ordering the appropriate equipment, and all-day installation. They are miracle workers because not only were they able to do the installation, they were able to fix the previous issues and get everything -- including all inspections -- complete in one day. A huge thank you to Gary, who was in constant contact with me throughout the process, from initial inspection to post-install follow up. Gary was extremely helpful and a wealth of information. I've used Lasiter once before to do a simple kitchen sink faucet install and was happy with their work. There was no doubt I'd use them again for this larger water heater repair and no doubt that I'll use them again in the future if I ever need a plumber.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
