This is the 2nd time I have used them and both times have been great experience's. Very professional and always on time. Prices have remained the same for 18 months. I would highly recommend them.

Outside spigot was broke and leaking if used from a small crack. They came out next day and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes and since the problem was easier than expected they took $50 off of the original quote!

I have smelled bad odors in my wall and home due to foundation issues After Blacktie Plumbing fixed the plumbing my home smells cleaner and there are no more bad odors. I had Blacktie Plumbing out to do some repairs on my sewage after my foundation was lifted. Mat and his crew Carl, Travis, Justin did an excellent job locating fixing the leaks under my home and in the laundry room. They even replaced my air vent hose on my dryer because it had to be moved. Husband and wife duo were so.... kind and knowledgeable. During this time of disaster they didn't hesitate to come and assist to get us running water. They worked in our house that didn't have electricity and was very informative and explained the nature of the problem (two busted water pipes from the freezing). They were equipped to trouble shoot and fix on the spot. They didn't take advantage of individuals during their time need unlike some I have heard about online. Very timely and professional. Great quality. Found the leak fixed it very quickly.

Called these fine folks on a second opinion; original plumber couldn't clear shower drain & told me it was a damaged or missing p-trap & would need either $3k to jack out the concrete in the bathroom or $5k to dig from the outside to fix it. Wes with Direct Source had it cleared in less than an hour. He also got a new water line installed for my kitchen to go to the fridge. All for a fair price, & just under half a days work. Any plumbing needs I have will go through this company.

It started good, but here I am two weeks later, and issues are still happening. There is no scheduled time. They send you a text letting you know they have been dispatched but don't show up for another two hours. They keep jetting the system, and that is not fixing the problem. Parts of other jobs they were doing still aren't completed yet, and I have two holes in and just outside my house. I'm waiting on them again today due to my toilets not working again. They tell me I have old pipes, but yet no solution gives. To fix it. They tell me cleanouts, but that is just a band-aid solution. I have now spent over 20k, and I am afraid im being scammed. I never write bad reviews, and im disappointed it's come to this, but I don't want anyone to go through what I am going through.

Had my utility room moved into my garage. The original area was on the second floor. The guys plumbed the old utility to convert into a 3rd full bathroom .. they plumbed the garage to set our washer and dryer in that new area. We were very pleased with the results.

We had two water heaters replaced. We shopped around and interviewed a number of plumbers, even the big name brands. I am so thankful we chose H and H Plumbing! They were a little bit more, but competitively priced. The little extra was worth it because of the entire experience, their responsive, the quality of materials used, and the quality of workmanship. Total professional experience. The previous water heaters were not installed to code. Zac took care of it.

We are going to have a water softener installed, and a gas line ran to the back patio for a grill. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.
