Highly recommend! Cory came out to give me a quote to drop a new gas line for cooktop. He explained everything; sent over a clear and concise quote. Once we decide on the work we were quickly scheduled! Great communication throughout the process. Definitely my go to for plumbing services!

The plumbers office called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Plumber arrived on-time and performed the job right the first time. We where even able to add installation of a new garage dispenser, without a hugh jump in price.

We will certainly be using them from now on and referring them to family and friends.

Had a massive leak in main water line. Originally called out another service to see if they could locate the leak. The could not without further damaging the pipes. Quoted us a price that was pretty far up there. Called out Michael who also looked for the leak. He found two areas that were leaking. The quote he gave us was half what the other company wanted to charge. We, of course, had them come do the work. He was at the house and ready to go at the exact time frame quoted. Worked hard and was super nice. Took two days to fix our problem and now works better than before. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing repairs. They are reasonably priced and do great work.

It seems like we have used every drain service around. Metro Rooter was the card we had on the fridge, but frankly, I had no recall of them. We get roots in our drain line every 12-18 months and need to have them cleaned out. I called a couple of other places first and they took hours to call me back and their prices were higher than I really wanted to pay. About out of desperation, I called the number on my card. Their price was $50-60 below the others and they apologized for only being about to get to me 4 hours before anyone else could.
They were prompt, the call cost exactly what their phone quite said, and I was thrilled. Now I will remember that card is on my fridge for a valid reason. I’m not using anyone else.

The bath tub cold water faucet was leaking badly. I called All Complete on Monday & they were out on Thursday morning. He replaced the stems & seats. It took him less than 20 minutes all told. He did both the hot & cold faucets. They both work like brand new. I am very pleased with the fast response, excellent work, and how affordable it was.

Drain One Plumbing has worked for us at least a half dozen times. They replaced a broken drain pipe under the foundation, repaired two gas leaks and several water leaks and installed a tankless water heater. They consistently do an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Above all, I know I can trust them which is why they will be our Plumbers for life.

Both husband and wife TAG-TEAM DUO, were very responsive, professional and detailed oriented. They definitely knew what they were doing.
I called at 9:15am on New YEAR Eve, they were here 2hrs later, and job was done 30mins after they walked in. We were replacing a leaky 15yo MOEN Kitchen faucet with a modern MOEN with Sensor.

Max is your guy. At my old property, he helped us tremendously by installing a new laundry line (our old line was too small to handle the volume of water from our washer). His price for that job was very reasonable. When I moved into my new (old) house, I knew that the laundry line was having a similar problem based on anecdotes from the previous owner. I called him out one day to evaluate the situation. Do you know what it's like to move into a new house, have a wonderful new washer to use, and not be able to? And have lots of clothes that needs washing because you're passing your days unpacking, painting, cleaning, etc.? I have to admit, I cried when I hooked up the washer and immediately got back-up, but I was confident Max could help me. Well, it didn't take him long to figure out that not only was my washer line not working, but I actually had a large clog in my main sewer line. I had observed gurgling in my toilets and some back-up in a tub, but wasn't sure if it was all connected or not...lesson learned, just go ahead and tell your plumber everything that's going on, because he probably could have taken care of business that much faster.
A part of me died a little when he told me about the clogged line...the previous owner had documented all of the plumbing work he had just done in the past year! I thought everything was supposed to be okay! But then it dawned on me that the poor guy was living alone for 3 years in a 2500 sq. foot house and I am sure the volume of water my family was putting out threw everything into overdrive.
I didn't even ask Max how much it would be, I just wanted it fixed, and trusted he would be reasonable. He even hooked up my gas dryer for me since I wasn't feeling like messing with a gas appliance that day on top of everything else. Once he was done (it took him a few hours to do everything and check his work), he gave me a good warranty for the job and the bill was lower than I expected. Also, we've had no plumbing problems since! Thank you Max for being awesome and helping us out!

I am currently using this company with my home warranty company. They are trying to do the bate and switch game. My warranty said they were covering the gas control valve and they said I had to pay $130 for the burner assembly unit. (The gas valve is $250). I have it directly from the warranty company and that they were covering the gas control valve Also when they were out they were pushing me to purchase to 50 gallon takes for $7500! I looked on Home Depot. The low end they start at $598-$929 for each one plus parts and labor. Their markup is incredibly high. I also asked them what is the brand for that price snd he didn’t know, My water tank is still not repaired..

Terry called me from his company. He said they don’t make much money off the warranty companies. He said he cancelled my service , refused to give me a refund. He refused to provide the documentation that the warranty company gave him to see if there was a difference between the two letters.

I am all for supporting small businesses owners but my rating will stay at a 1 for Oasis Plumbing.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

Joe Azcona has been to the house twice...knows his stuff and takes care of business. Very happy with his work!
