Best Drain Cleaning Arlington in Arlington TX

This business is highway robbery and even one star is too much. The plumber came and wanted to sell me for $470 an outdoor faucet I can buy at Home Depot for $15 (he claimed high quality) I sent him back but had to pay the $89 service fee. Stay away from them!!!

Michael was friendly and informative on the initial visit. He made the options clear to us and left a written estimate. On the return visit Michael, once again, was professional and clear on the process he was going to do. He communicated well and I felt comfortable with the service provided.

Direct Source Plumbing has come to our house twice. A few years ago David was here for a small job, and then yesterday Mike and Devin replaced both of our hot water heaters. Mike and Devin arrived on time and completed the job in the time that they had quoted. They were courteous and did everything possible to minimize the potential mess of replacing two hot water heaters in an attic. The job was well done, and the price was competitive. As a side note, our son who attends UT Arlington locked himself out of his car at school during the plumbing repair. Our baby was sick so I asked Devin if he could possibly take my son a spare key to the Direct Source office, and I would ask my son to find a friend to drive him to Direct Source to get the key. Devin took the key and delivered it to my son on campus. We were so grateful for his help! Direct Source will be the only call we make for any future plumbing needs.

Jonathan explained what he was going to do showed me the parts. Gave me a as n estimated time they would be finished. Very polite.

They came to my house for a clogged drain and did a great job! They cleared the line and open the drain and showed me roots in the line. After shopping around i saw that they had the best price of all the other companies in westlake. They completed the job on time and was great to work with! I couldn’t recommend this company enough! Great crew make the company!

This company came out and charge me over $500 to “pull the toilet and snake the line“ it flushed for less than one day and clogged again when I called this company they said that they would have to get with the tech and the tech would send me a quote to Hydro jet the lines for over $800. I called another company because something didn’t seem right they came out in in less than 30 minutes removed the plastic toilet paper holder from the line. The new company that fixed it showed me the toilet paper holder that they removed. I am very disappointed in the service disappointment in the dishonesty of this company. I would stay away from them!

Aaron was so helpful he explained everything he was doing and what would be necessary to fix our plumbing issue, highly recommend.

Joe came out on a Saturday to rebuild the hot water manifold for a tub. He was timely, professional, and courteous. Very happy with his service.

He did a good job in a timely manner checking out our house unit He also did the vacuum and final check on a new mini split unit we installed to be sure it operated properly.

This is the second time I used Don the Plumber. My first review is below. This time he repaired a shower and installed a toilet. My wife works at night and sleeps during the day, and they had to come through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. They were in and out several times and managed not to wake her up at all. The work is excellent. He pointed out a potential problem with my sewer which he said would need attention eventually. His manner is professional and friendly, and his prices are reasonable. I'll be using him again.

After comparing prices and availability in my area, I chose Don The Plumber. I spoke with the lady who answers the phone (who I assume is his wife, but not sure). She was both professional and helpful, and guided me through what to do so that Don wouldn't have to come out on a diagnostic visit prior to doing the work. My finances were tight and I could only afford so much. There was a valve he wanted to install which pushed the cost over what I could pay by about $200. So Don checked with the city to be sure it wasn't a requirement (professional guy) and then agreed not to install it. He and a helper came out two days after we agreed he would do the work (others had said one to two months). They showed up at the scheduled date & time, explained what they would do before they started, and then worked quietly for about an hour to remove my defunct water heater and replace it.
I'm planning to use Don again for some other plumbing issues I have. Would I recommend him? You betcha.

Requested a quote to have a urial unstopped & they quoted for a new flush valve and new sensor unit.
Then they came out and replaced the batteries that did not need to be replaced on the sensor unit for $150.
The urinal still has not been fixed, they just turned the water cut off down to only let a small amount of water out to just barely keep the urinal from overflowing.
I do not recommend ever using this company for anything.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.

Very poor communication.
