David is always to my rescue, I live in an older home in North Arlington with old cast iron pipes that have channel rot. I haven’t been able to get to a point where I can replace the plumbing yet. I was having constant issues, he came in and took a look around and told me to switch out my toilets. I went from having problems once every 3 months to once a year! He just installed a clean out so we don’t have to keep pulling toilets to snake the drains….. they did an amazing job! Doesn’t even look like they had to dig out the front of the house to install it! I always admire his sense of humor when I’m usually not happy I have to call him AGAIN!

They came to my house for a clogged drain and did a great job! They cleared the line and open the drain and showed me roots in the line. After shopping around i saw that they had the best price of all the other companies in westlake. They completed the job on time and was great to work with! I couldn’t recommend this company enough! Ben showed up early (after calling to make sure that was okay). He and his crew did a great job diagnosing our plumbing issue, fixing it and cleaning up afterwards. He also went over how we could prevent issues in the future. His pricing was low in my opinion considering the amount of time/work it took to complete repairs.

Jason did a great job and I’ll definitely use J Rowe Plumbing again. He explained what he was doing and got the new faucet installed quickly!

Don The Plumber is the person to call for any plumbing services needed. I have used him twice in the last 2 months for two different issues and both times he responded the same day and fixed the problems. Don is very reliable, courteous , reasonable and knows his business. I will definitely recommend his services to my friends and family.

Highly recommend! Prompt, trustworthy, and reliable. We used their emergency plumbing service. They were one of the few services that even answered the phone on a Sunday. They were at our house within 90 min, and their emergency fee was very reasonable. The plumber that we had, Tony Lopez, explained to us what went wrong and showed us the pieces that were no longer working. They did not try to sell us anything extra or unneeded. We will 100% be calling them whenever we need something in the future and likely using them as we remodel our home and install new fixtures.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
