The plumbers office called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Plumber arrived on-time and performed the job right the first time. We where even able to add installation of a new garage dispenser, without a hugh jump in price.

We will certainly be using them from now on and referring them to family and friends.

Michael was on time, very professional and courteous. He laid tarps in pathway to Master bath and installed a new pressure assisted tank and bowl. Checked to make sure old flange was in good shape (it was) and installed the new one. When finished he tested everything making sure it was working properly. Hauled old toilet away, picked up tools, tarps and bath was as clean as he found it. 5 Stars is all they give but Michael is at least a 6 Star Plumber. Master Plumbing is Lucky to have Michael working for them. When I need a plumber I’ll call Master and ask for Michael job well done! Thanks

Acknowledge God in all your ways and He will direct your path. After being taken advantage of by a faulty contractor and his boot leg plumber, our home was in a mess. It was a plumbing issue (slab leak) and some other things that the contractor said would cost $$$$ - Prayer still works! We went to God in prayer after firing the contractor, and God lead us to Direct Source Plumbing. From the first call, to the completion of the job in one word........these guys were PHENOMENAL! They found things that were out of place, and things that did not need to be done in the first place. We were told by the contractor that he had to place a line over the house through the attic to re-pressurize our master bathroom because of the leak......(smh) this was false information. When Wes from Direct Source Plumbing came out, he immediately went to the solution. Wes checked the volume from outside, he turned the volume/pressure back on from where the contractor's plumber had turned the pressure almost completely off. Our pressure was restored just that quick, and no need for overhead lines. To make a long story short, this is just some of the amazing things this company did to get us back up and running like new, and the $$$$ the contractor thought he would get, God gave us favor. Direct Source Plumbing could have charged us an arm & leg for the work they did but because of their integrity, they were HONEST. We were relieved that our bill was affordable and no where near the price quoted by the contractor's plumber. They even blessed us with a military discount. Direct Source Plumbing came in and had to undo what the contractors plumber did - and then fixed the leak all in a couple of hours to meet city expectations. We are humbly grateful that Direct Source Plumbing was very affordable, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

We have had Ben Franklin Plumbing at our home for multiple services. We purchased our home a few years ago and the prior owners neglected the maintenance. When we were having the property inspected, they came and did a pressure test and checked the main line with a camera, which are services that are not offered with any real estate inspection. The tech found an issue with one of the toilets, which ended up being a broken flange. This saved us a substantial amount of money! My wife is a facilities coordinator for a large operation by the airport for an international company, so she's extremely familiar in dealing with contractors. We both give Ben Franklin a 5+ rating! They also have an air conditioning company called Minuteman Heating and Air owned by the same family and when our old unit gave out we used them to place a new Lennox heat pump system in, and we are very pleased with our new found comfort and our much lower electric bills!
