Best Water Pump in Arlington TX

Have used Air Max for several years. They schedule you quickly & are prompt in arriving. Eric did a great job fixing our problem. He was very cordial, professional and knowledgeable. Will continue to use Max for future “fixings”.

I tried using them for a faucet replacement but they arrived with an attitude, after rescheduling multiple times within a week. Not once did they apologize and refused to schedule two days out. Nevertheless, upon arrival, the gentleman was incredibly rude, he told me screw you after I asked them to wear booties and a mask so that they don't walk in with dirty shoes. I have all of this recorded on video for documentation. My family members and kids heard such disgusting, uncivil, and unacceptable language. It is my home and I have family members that have weak immune systems and allergies and I need to protect them. Instead of respecting my home and accommodating my request, they drove off without fixing anything. I tried calling multiple times and they kept hanging up on me. Apparently, they don't need the work and can afford to treat their customers with such unacceptable behavior. Rest assured, I am well connected in the community and I will be reporting them to my home warranty company and BBB for their unprofessional, rude, and offensive behavior. Cheers.

Water Heater maintenance

I called because I had a clogged up pipe that was over flowing into my shower and tub. They came out within an hour. Juan was our plumber and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them. He fixed my problem and the prices were very fair. I will definitely use them in the future if I have other plumbing needs.

Best experience to date having our HVAC system tuned up by KMP. Our technician, Douglas, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Prior to starting he explained what the tune up involved and went over the results once he finished. I also had great experiences with their customer service folks. I’m very pleased with this service and would recommend KMP to others.

Excellent customer service

Needed help with a misaligned gas pipe inside a cabinet feeding natural gas to our stove. Technician shut off gas, then removed and replaced a nipple that was too long for the pipe to be rotated.

Jim and Martin came out and did an excellent job. Very knowledgable and fast. Very good company. Definitely would recommend them to do a good job and not try to gouge you on the price!

David 5773 Was very professional and knowledgeable. David unclog my drain in a matter of minutes and discussed common daily uses that affect the operation of the garbage disposal which I have decided to no longer use. David also told me about Pipe Shield which is a preventive maintenance treatment. He went further and treated the drains foe me after I made the purchase. Roto Rooter should be proud of the employee David has become.

Have had nothing but problems with our new ac unit and install. While the company is friendly and responsive weve gone through the ringer on our new units with nonstop issues. We now we’re told our new unit needs a replacement motor and wants to charge us for labor. I wish we could have gone with a different company

John was very thorough and professional

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
