Dave was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He used shoe covers when I asked and fixed the problem. The work cost what he quoted. Hopefully this solves the leak over my garage.

Need a new blower motor and am being charged $1500. Seems awful high when online they cost about $400. The tech was nice and patient and very friendly and knowledgeable. But price seems ridiculously high.

They were on time the younger guy was good at what he did however the other guy was just like we can’t do anything unless we get paid I didn’t like his attitude at all he is just like American Home War. They lie ,the people can’t speak English well they don’t understand you so you don’t get what you ask for I will never use them again

The bath tub cold water faucet was leaking badly. I called All Complete on Monday & they were out on Thursday morning. He replaced the stems & seats. It took him less than 20 minutes all told. He did both the hot & cold faucets. They both work like brand new. I am very pleased with the fast response, excellent work, and how affordable it was.

We had an emergency plumbing issue and Lasiter was able to work us in. Chaz was our plumber and he did a great job on the repair. Fast, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!

Called for appointment and when man came out an 3:30 on Tuesday, told me it was going to cost time and half because job was going to take longer than 30mins. Asked him if he could come back another day.at normal charge, He told me he could come back on that Friday. Friday at 1pm I called company to ask if coming and office told me,she would call me right back to get taken care of , sad to tell ya never called back. Have left 2 other messages to find out if coming and no call. I had to call another company. felt like my business wasn't needed and wasn't important enough

I'm sorry to say my experience was negative. I called because we had just moved into a new home. My husband used the 2nd shower and the water would not turn off. I called Direct Source and they did thankfully send Wes to fix it and he did get the water off and fixed the shower. We paid that bill immediately. The next morning the shower would not turn off of scalding hot so it was still not usable. Wes came back out and told my husband what parts he needed to fix the issue. My husband went and bought the parts, but that did not work. During this process I realized we have American Home Shield to fix thest type of issues. I called them and they came and fixed it and it works! I called the owner and politely requested a 50%-80% refund as the plumber did get the water off which I appreciated, but did not fix the problem. My husband had to take off work twice and we paid two invoices! We were charged for the second time the guy came out as well as the first! The owner said I'm not gonna do that ma'am. I could see this was going a bad direction as he was accusing me of trying to cover my costs etc ...I don't like to argue so I said that's fine. Just do what you think is fair. If you think that's fair that's fine. I'm not going to argue. So no refund was given and as a result this negative review had to be written.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

This company is a little to somewhat more expensive, but they have done quality work for us over the years, they know what they are doing, they come out when they say they will, and it's always in a short period of time.

This was the first time I've ever used them and they were awesome
