The plumbers office called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Plumber arrived on-time and performed the job right the first time. We where even able to add installation of a new garage dispenser, without a hugh jump in price.

We will certainly be using them from now on and referring them to family and friends.

First class service. From scheduling to completion, Blacktie has exceeded my expectations on multiple occasions. They are my go to for everything plumbing related, period. Hats off to Jeremy Boon, and Larissa Pope for putting up with my demands when they had a packed schedule and I needed there immediate attention to my plumbing needs.

I called to ask a question about pulling a permit and the lady on the phone asked for what. I explained to her my situation and she was like no we don't pull for someone else's work. I'm not a plumber, I don't know how this works. So I say well can you rework and she says no we don't do that either, Click! She just hangs up in my face. No sorry we can't help. She was very rude and unprofessional. I would never give them business talking with her.

They forgot to come in the time that they said. When we called they said they forgot. Supposed to be 9 to 11. And they didn’t get here until 215. Offered five dollar discount for it. When we called his boss to find out if he could do more he said rudely if you don’t like it pay him and don’t call us again.

I've been using Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing for the last 10-15 years and I'm convinced they are the best. They are always professional, neat, knowledgeable, hard workers and leave everything better than they found it. They have fair prices too. They are all so friendly and nice on top of all that and you just feel better being around them. I know they are a Christian company led by David Lasiter, and know that if it starts at the top, it goes all the way down. Most recently I had a gas leak and James, one of the managers and 3 other guys came to fix it. I was so pleased with the work and with each of them - they are just happy people who work very hard to do a good job. When I have actually plumbing issues, I usually ask for Lewis because he does such an outstanding job and is so professional, neat, and nice. Gary, the dispatcher is like a friend - so nice and does a great job keeping me informed. Love this company and all their people.

My KMP technician, Aaron, did a great job. He quickly diagnosed the problem that was creating a clogged drain, and then went right to work to quickly solve the problem. We are very pleased with his professionalism, his technical expertise and his great attitude.2d Visit. Roto-Rooter came out to our house immediately and took care of our plumbing. When needed they followed up with maintenance at no cost because of their guarantee. I was pleasantly surprised.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

I knew disposal needed to be replaced. Told the person dealing with over the phone needed replaced. They came out opened my cabinet nothing more. Charged me 50 dollars to say we will be back tomorrow. Willing to pay all the upcharges to have the replacement done fast but couldn't do the replacement and charge me for walking in my house, nah. Racket.
