Nice people. Phone call re what needed done & cost. Seemed a little high - $218.50 for 15 minutes work plus travel.

However, I told gentleman I had had a couple other plumbers out to deal with same issue and one of them had said I might need to ck with city at the curb. After he cleared my clog outside, I called city, they came out, but couldn't do their thing because line was clear and not clogged now. Was upset guy had not mentioned that I call city while he was there and, also, could he have told me city couldn't do anything after line cleared? I don't know, but, disappointed I now have to wait for another future clog to get problem rectified. Will have to call city again then.

Very efficient from the 1st initial call to the water heater install. The communication was great throughout the whole process. Work was completed in a timely manner which included a little extra due to city code. Definitely the 1st call I will make if I need a plumber in the future.

Replaced 2 50 gallon water tanks with much smaller and efficient tankless recirculating Rinnai system. VERY RESPONSIVE, smartest team ever seen and great service by Wesley and Cory, and the owner Patrick who personally stopped by to check in on us. H&H scheduled the technician to arrive the same day. He called to say he was on his way and arrived on time. He provided fast and friendly service. He listened to our description of the problem, a sewer clog, and quickly cleared the line. The office staff was very friendly on the phone. I highly reccomend H&H for all your plumbing needs.

I experienced a leak in my house in my water filtration system attributed to the level of water pressure coming into the house (it was too high). I needed a pressure relief valve installed. I called one company and received a very high quote including service that was not necessary. I called Made's and Ben came out that afternoon. We discussed the issue, he gave me a very reasonable quote and started right then on the repair. He finished everything off the next morning. Service, quality, and professionalism was excellent. Highly recommend him!!

My 2nd Review of Made's Plumbing. This company is Excellent! Had leaks of two hose bibs and one of them was cracked! Ben was able to get here quickly, identify the issue, and make the repair the same day! Service and price are excellent. Highly recommend!

$663 for replacing a garbage disposal. Unacceptable. Yes, my tenant should have known better than to sign off for that price but she was unaware that she was being taking advantage of. In this economy that is awful to take advantage of people. That’s beyond a slight mark up on unit pricing.
