They did great work for a fair price and there were no hidden fees, upcharges, or other surprises during the work. They were also quick to response and to get the job done, not dragging things out or inconveniencing us in any way.

Very professional. I've been hearing noises coming from my walls. I let Steve listen to what I was able to record. He did some searching and calling around for what could be my problem. Once he got an answer, he went to work right away to fix it. He left everything clean before leaving. He was very respectful and very pleasant.

After receiving an estimate to exchange my water heaters to tankless, I asked to begin the work. 5 weeks later and 4 broken promises of we'll be there they show up at my door with only a 15 minute noticed. 5 hours later the work is done and they charges is for 10 hours and 3600.00. That's a 56% mark up from the original estimate. There's so much more to this story, intercepting orders to my gas meter, trying to charge twice for the same work, etc. This was a nightmare that isn't over. I am still going to contest this charge, legally if I have to.

Jim and Martin came out and did an excellent job. Very knowledgable and fast. Very good company. Definitely would recommend them to do a good job and not try to gouge you on the price!

John responds quickly and always arrives promptly. He is courteous and helpful. Installed my new faucets quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after himself. Pleased with the service we received.

I have called them on several occasions for plumbing, air conditioning, heat service and they are very fast with service most the same day or the next morning at the latest, they provide excellent customer service from the ladies in the office (Monica, Jackie & Rebecca), and the work is top notch. If you need something done, look no further as WHM is the place to call for your home maintenance needs. Willie, the Service Manager is extremely knowledgeable, very honest, and most importantly, he gets the job done and keeps his word. Not only is he professional, but he is very personable as well. My 2-year old knows him by name Mr. Willie. Being a smaller family owned company has its benefits and it shows with how they treat and take care of their customers.

Used Ernie's plumbing for a number of years. Recently, we contacted Ernie's to fix a toilet and two sinks that were running slow. The toilet repair was fine but the price we paid to unstop two sinks, $190.00 was excessive.We will not use Ernie's again in the future. There are other plumbers with more reasonable pricing .

We've been using James Rowe Plumbing for the past 3 years and I cannot recommend them enough. After a terrible experience with Baker Brothers, my husband somehow found James Rowe. The customer service is beyond anything I've experienced with a home services company. They provide service windows that are reasonable for a working person, without having to take off a whole day sitting around waiting. When they say they'll call ahead before they show up, they actually do! Their prices are reasonable. Every person I've dealt with from this company couldn't be nicer. They take time to answer your questions and you never feel like they're put out or in a rush. I highly recommend using them. It feels personal. They treat you like a client rather than just another nameless house on a list they've got to check off before the end of the day.

Their bid to fix it was huge, so I needed a 2nd opinion. You fit me into the schedule, got somebody out, found a better (cheaper!) solution and fixed my leak. Highly recommend! Prompt, trustworthy, and reliable. We used their emergency plumbing service. They were one of the few services that even answered the phone on a Sunday. They were at our house within 90 min, and their emergency fee was very reasonable. The plumber that we had, Tony Lopez, explained to us what went wrong and showed us the pieces that were no longer working. They did not try to sell us anything extra or unneeded. We will 100% be calling them whenever we need something in the future and likely using them as we remodel our home and install new fixtures.
