After calling around 4 different places I called texas slab leak repair and couldn't of been happier the bid it and the bid is guaranteed for three years they were on time very professional I would recommend them to anybody honestly plumbers are so blahhh but these guys really set the bar thanks again

I called them and they came out on a SUNDAY to check my AC, Zach explained everything and was extremely patient (I asked a LOT of questions). I just appreciate the fact that they are available 24/7 and are friendly!

Tyler was very pleasant and professional. He replaced the fill valve and flapper in both my toilets. All is working great now. Pricing was very competitive and scheduling was quick.

Called and L&L responded on a Sat afternoon in an hour to repair a sewer break that two other plumbers found infinite number of reasons why they were not be able to address the problem. In less than 2 hrs later sewer break repaired correctly and mess was gone.... Migel was one time willing to engage, located break in sewer line, dug it out and repaired break in line and solved the problem...

Had a major issue with our franchise business and called Drain One. It was a big job as we flooded, but Wow. Their crew came out within 15 minutes and told me it was not what I thought. Save me a couple thousand. Hard to find honest plumbing companies out there , but Drain One was nothing but honest and took care of it the same day. We were up and running within a couple hours. Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

This was the most unprofessional work one had tried to do for me. The technician comea to my door in this covid-19 season without a face mask I had to ask him to get one. then he goes to my attic where he was supposed to fix the head of the water heater vent that disconnectEd from the water heater. He first said it was caused by people who changed my roof. I told him that was over 9months ago and so that couldn’t be so as he tried to force the disconnected vent head to the the water heater and he broke the elbow connecting the vent through the roof. He said the home warranty wouldn’t cover it he needed to tell the authorization department. He actually filled a report that he met the whole vent broken and left from there. He had the dislodged vent placed on my air conditioning duct work thank God I went back to check upstairs. He had not the know how nor the decency to take responsibility for damaging my property. Such a person should not be trusted with peoples properties.

Joe came out on a Saturday to rebuild the hot water manifold for a tub. He was timely, professional, and courteous. Very happy with his service.
