Folks, no one enjoys spending money to replace an entire A/C unit...but I have to tell you in putting my new A/C unit in a 1985 house in a 100+ degrees this July was the best money I have spent. I shopped around several of the major A/C players in Tarrant County. They quoted run of the mill quality units...fortunately I know a little about A/C products. Then I called Metro Energy Savers... The knowledge of the owner who came in, who went through my entire attic, redesigned an old outdated system, ductwork, layout, & brought the new one up to 2016 code (confidently calling the city to inspect the finished job) was absolutely impressive. NONE of the others came close in their knowledge of A/C...nor did any of them talk about code, even though they looked at my unit. They were simply going to drop a unit where the old one resided...(one did not even go up in my attic)...none of the others would have met code even closely. They were merely selling me a unit 4 commissions. It was clear Metro was very different. The installation team they sent out was phenomenal. Very thorough, & professional.They did a tremendous job in my attic...they took their time & did it absolutely right. It was odd that my immediate neighbor was putting in a system at the exact same time...their teams looked like they just got out of Prison...They have complained about their system ever since it was installed. My team was wonderful, friendly. professional & knowledgeable. They put in an industry leading technologically advanced unit, a new additional return vent on the other side of the house for better circulation, a Global Plasma Solutions Purifying System upgrade which is amazing if you have allergies etc. & all for a price that was comparable to the others everyday units.Here is what I know...with my 12 year transferrable warranty, the quality of Metro Energy Savers as a company, I know I will not have to worry about my system ever. I usually do not endorse many companies, but I will tell you if you are considering any type of A/C work...start with Metro...you will quickly see everyone else does not stack up...even closely. I got an outstanding quality system, installation etc. at a price that was fair & impressive. Thank you.PS. My August electric bill was well over $100 cheaper this year than in 2015, & $120 cheaper than my last months bill prior to the new unit, & August was very hot...I suspect over the next few years, with these electric savings, I will pay for a significant part of the unit...

Roy Adams has provided services for me during the past 25 years. My experiences has ranged from slab leaks, water heater installation, faucet and sink installations, disposal replacement, Kohler toilet replacements, shower cartridge replacement, outside boiler drain replacement, leaking handles reworked and packed. He has helped us determine what quality brands should be considered and allowed us to shop a plumbing parts and supply company when purchasing sinks and faucets to be replaced for the entire house. He is trustworthy, reliable, very knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing and gives advise on expectations and outcomes. Roy services my home and also the homes of my daughter, son and father-in-law...we have never been disappointed through multiple annual calls for repairs. He recommended the name of and individual who bid on a complete shower tear out and rebuild. The job worked out very exceptional upon completion. I have 100% confidence in Roy's work and advice. Neighbors around me have expressed the same results when I referred Roy (Flat Rate Plumbing) to them. When standing ankle deep in a repair job, Roy taught me the term we are plumbing now!

My tech was very professional and explained everything to me during the whole process of the evaluation of my HVAC system. He found and solved the problem quickly and efficiently and only charged me a reasonable trip fee. I will definitely call them again.

Mike is incredible! He not only fixed the leak, he re-engineered our whole waste pipe system and got it done for a reasonable price. Good people who do great work.

We’ve used Flat Rate for more than 20 years. Roy Adams has seen us through broken pipes, faucet repairs, and even a slab leak. He has great a great knack of finding the problem and executing a plan for repairs. He is very affordable I would highly recommend him.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
