Best Video Inspection in Arlington TX

This is the 2nd time I have used them and both times have been great experience's. Very professional and always on time. Prices have remained the same for 18 months. I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I had a rupture in our water main. Walton, ACE's parent company, did the work to fix it, and we could not be more pleased. Wayne and his team were prompt, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly. They coordinated the entire job, including working with the town to get a new meter installed. Walton was also half as expensive as our other quote. They even came the next day to fix the cement in the wall and spread mulch and grass seed on the dirt patch left from the hole.

It was all done in two mornings. I had no idea what to expect in this process, but my expectations were exceeded at every step of the way. I hope to never have an issue like this again, but if we did, we'd definitely call Walton/ACE.

They did great work for a fair price and there were no hidden fees, upcharges, or other surprises during the work. They were also quick to response and to get the job done, not dragging things out or inconveniencing us in any way.

Odis and his staff are truly the best! They do what they say and are totally honest with their pricing. I completely trusted them in my home and left a key for them on several occasions. I had a main water line put in along with a new code compliant sprinkler system. Odis is the owner but has no problem grabbing a shovel and jumping into a ditch to get the job done.

Chaz and Mike did a good job installing a water line for an ice maker. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I would rate them better, but they did leave a big hole in the Sheetrock behind the fridge. I think they should have covered the hole with a vent plate or something to make it look professional.

Also water heater flush. He was very polite, very professional, ask if there was anything else we wanted him to look at. He was super nice.

It was great I would recommend brent with the Plumbing Service he didn't over charge and was very fast with the work he did on my yard I would use them again if you have a problem with water leak call them thank you again brent. Magaly vazquez

Joe Azcona came out and fixed a loud, leaky, terrible toilet for us by quickly and conveniently installing one that actually works. Very professional, patient, and did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. Will use BFP again based on this experience.

Dennis was awesome!! Came out on a Sunday & worked hard to get my exterior drains unclogged after a torrential rain on Saturday. He was so nice to me & had a warm smile. Being a single woman I feel like a lot of laborers take advantage of me & I definitely did not feel like that at all with Dennis. One of the hardest working guys & Roto Rooter is lucky to have him.

Ben is absolutely AWESOME! He and I have had a working relationship for almost 6 years. I can't speak more highly of him as a person. He is a man of integrity and honesty.
