Noticed our hot water Heater was leaking on Sunday night. I had previously used Ztinaon plumbing so I text Carissa at 11 PM the office manager and Larry wife. Sent over some pictures and she replied immediately. She asked if Larry could stop by in the mor ing on a holiday. Larry was very prompt and gave me a very fair price and the did the job same day.

Thank you Larry and Carissa, not only great plumbers , but more importantly th best customer service around.

Previously, I had given these folks a five star review. I’ve used them a number of times to clear my drain line where roots get into it.
Twice in a row now, they’ve missed the appointment window. When I called, each time I was told I had gotten lost in the shuffle. They finally came out, then pretty quickly said they’d have to get their leak detection experts to find the leak.
“Leak detection experts” = two guys with shovels.
They knew they were dispatched to a leak and then later had to leave to get repair parts.
I anticipate they’d solder a new piece in when they did find the leak. Nope, they crimped in a riser piece. The first crimp failed, so they had to go get another part.
The second crimp worked, but apparently they didn’t check the meter to see if it was still running because we have a second leak on the side of the house.
I went to call them for the second repair, but they got lost in the shuffle and I called Baker Bro’s instead.

They did great work for a fair price and there were no hidden fees, upcharges, or other surprises during the work. They were also quick to response and to get the job done, not dragging things out or inconveniencing us in any way.

Good folks, good service, good prices.

My original hot water heater that was installed when my house was built over 13 years ago started leaking. It was installed in our house by Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing. I called a Plumber that I had used over the past couple of years for small fixes around the house to come by and stop the leak and replace my hot water heater. I reached out to Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing after realizing they were the original Plumbers when my house was built and spoke with Gary who was very knowledgeable and very helpful by answering my questions even though I did not use them to replace my hot water heater. The plumbing company that I used did not pull a permit or have an inspection done after the work was completed. Gary informed me that was a State Law and requirement by the state of Texas and should have been included in my upfront estimate. I have since made the plumbing company that I used pull the Permit and have the Inspection done. I really appreciate Gary's time and sharing of knowledge even when I did not use them for the repair. This shows what an upstanding and respectful Company Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing is and the type of people they employ. Will definitely use Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing in the future. Thank you Gary for taking the time on several occasions to speak with me regarding my Plumbing situation.

Tech very friendly, and job done quickly. Price paid was what was quoted over the phone, no surprises. Would recommend to friends, and will call back for other plumbing needs.

I am deeply disappointed with Ben Franklin Plumbing for wasting a few hours of my time this week. Their initial plumber came to my house on April 1st, diagnosed the problem and ordered the needed parts. It was agreed I would be contacted when the parts arrived to set up a time to have them installed. This past Monday I received a text and set up an appointment for what I thought was to have the parts installed. When plumber #2 arrived, he was unaware plumber #1 had been out to our house. Once I informed him, he checked with someone and advised me the ordered parts would be in-by Friday April 8th. On Thursday April 7, I received a text and an an email asking me to confirm an appointment they scheduled for Friday the 8th between 3:30pm-6:30pm. I confirmed that appointment and waited at home during the 3 hour window. No one showed up so I called their office at 6:35pm to see what happened. The young lady at their office was apologetic but stated it looks like the ordered parts had not arrived yet. She had no explanation why an appointment had been scheduled. Fortunately I am far more patient now than I was in my younger years so I politely informed her that I would find another company and have no intention to use or recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing to anyone.

Showed up on time and done a great job fixing my problem

Clogged kitchen sink with a family of 6 doesn't work very well. I called DS on Thursday morning around 7:30am and they said they'd be out between 9:30-10:30. I got a call around 9 asking if they could come in the next 15 minutes. Even better! Wes showed up at my door with a business card to show who he was (great for a woman at home with children). He cleared the clog in my sink and was patient with the little ones keeping watch and asking questions. (Prevention tip: egg shells and garbage disposals don't mix...who knew?) Another plus...he cleaned up after himself and even cleaned up the mess that the sink had made before he got here. Really pleased with the service. Will definitely use again.

Lacked professionalism and was not upfront with costs. Charged me $80 to confirm a kitchen faucet leak (for insurance purposes) that I had already identified and charged another $140 to cut into the dry wall to determine shower leak was not due to plumbing (which I’m ok with this part, but person was not upfront with the cost). Plumber also argued with someone on the phone and with his partner in front of me. Also would glare at me when I asked questions.

I experienced a leak in my house in my water filtration system attributed to the level of water pressure coming into the house (it was too high). I needed a pressure relief valve installed. I called one company and received a very high quote including service that was not necessary. I called Made's and Ben came out that afternoon. We discussed the issue, he gave me a very reasonable quote and started right then on the repair. He finished everything off the next morning. Service, quality, and professionalism was excellent. Highly recommend him!!

My 2nd Review of Made's Plumbing. This company is Excellent! Had leaks of two hose bibs and one of them was cracked! Ben was able to get here quickly, identify the issue, and make the repair the same day! Service and price are excellent. Highly recommend!

Exceeded expectations

I Had a big stop up at my house my toilet wasn't working and Kyle came out and helped me with my toilet highly recommended to anybody!

Micheal came out to do our seasonal check of our 2 HVAC systems. This is the second time he has come out to perform these checks. He is so detailed oriented he finds problems that could manifest into bigger problems & does his work so thoroughly (as if it’s his own) that I hope he remains our tech. BTW, he finds problems left from our new system install done a few years ago by another HVAC company (Ellis) that I will never use again. Thank you Michael!
