I couldn't be happier! Larry Stinson Plumbing is an honest company with very courteous employees. The tech they sent out (Cory) was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly! Cory managed to fix an issue with my toilet that three other plumbers were unable to solve. It was fast, and the pricing was extremely reasonable! They forgot to come in the time that they said. When we called they said they forgot. Supposed to be 9 to 11. And they didn’t get here until 215. Offered five dollar discount for it. When we called his boss to find out if he could do more he said rudely if you don’t like it pay him and don’t call us again.

They did great work for a fair price and there were no hidden fees, upcharges, or other surprises during the work. They were also quick to response and to get the job done, not dragging things out or inconveniencing us in any way.

Update 4/26/17 Had a clogged shower drain at my mother's house Brent showed up on time and had it draining again in minutes. They stood us up for our appointment and didn't even bother to call, we had to call them. We asked when they could come and were made to feel as if our request wasn't a priority because all that we were looking to do was have our kitchen sink replaced.

Requested they install an RUR199iN to replace my 50 gallon tank water heater. They were delayed a few days due to bad weather, but as soon as the weather cleared up, they did exactly what they promised as well as repaired a gas leak in my kitchen. What they quoted is exactly what I paid. Also, they worked with Atmos Energy to make sure my gas gauge was appropriately updated and tested with more pressure than we'll ever need. Would highly recommend Patrick, Jason, Sam, and their team.

We were pleased with the technician that came to our home this week. He was prompt and courteous and knew what he was doing. The problem he found was the responsibility of the city and he gave us what we needed to request the city step up to the plate and proceed with the repair. Initially, the city rep disagreed with his findings so he went to the trouble to return to our home to point out the problem to him. He won our business going forward. Recently had a cold water leak underneath slab, two companies attempted to locate leak but were unsuccessful. A friend recommended RCA Plumbing LLC, when Kyle arrived with his assistant Wyatt they went right to work and were able to pin point the leak location and provided a plan of action to fix cold water slab leak. Highly recommend this company they’re great.

Not only did the manager Taylor quit my job, one of the owners, Rachel, called me today (the next day) to confirm the were on longer going to complete the job KMP was hired and paid to do.
