Best Toilet Repair in Arlington TX

I live in California and have properties in Dallas Texas. My tenants called me saying that there was a leak coming up from the ground. I did not know what to do, so I called these plumbers and they came out and repaired the leak under my foundation without breaking concrete. They fixed it by tunneling and did an amazing job AND did not ruin my wooden floors! I'm extremely thankful for that thank you guys !!

I contacted Max mechanical last year about my outdoor unit not working. It was time for a replacement of my system, so I bought an Amana system and had them do the install. I also purchased the maintenance plan. Fast forward to last week and they came out for the pre-winter maintenance. Checked everything and recommended the ignitor be replaced. I was reluctant but agreed. A few days later, the temperature dropped and the heater didn't come on. Looked at the unit and saw an error code that said the ignitor failed to ignite after 5 tries. Called after hours (third party) and asked to have someone come out and take a look. I was told that they would charge a dispatch fee. Since they were just out here and I suspected that the issue was caused by the ignitor replacement, I refused to pay for the dispatch. They said they will have a manager contact me in the morning. Received a call from Ashley (great customer service) and she apologized for all of the issues I was having. I told her the part should have been under warranty and that I needed someone to look at it immediately. She checked on the part and refunded me within 5 minutes and had a technician at my house within a couple of hours. The technician looked over everything and found that the ignitor was not the correct one and needed to be replaced with the OEM ignitor. He replaced it, checked the system and everything started working again. The next day, Ashley called to check on how everything was doing. She informed me that they wanted to verify that everything is in like new condition and that they ordered parts that may have been compromised because of the bad ignitor. She would be following up with me when the parts come in.Although I was without heat for a cold night, I felt that Ashley changed my attitude towards Max Mechanical, solely on her compassion. I was on the verge of yelling at someone and going with another company, even though I had paid for the maintenance. Thank you Ashley for the great customer service.

They just fixed a busted pipe in garage after winter apocalypse 2021. Very quick response in a crazy busy time, didn’t just patch it, but fixed root cause of a previous hack job, and charged a reasonable price in any circumstances. I found my new plumbing company!

Slab leaks are never fun but Toilet Repair Arlington TX made the process as easy as possible. They showed up on time, kept their work area clean, and explained things in detail throughout the whole process. They even fixed a minor drain issue for us before they left. Much appreciated !

I think Matt might have been your service man's name, but I couldn't ask for a better worker, patient serviceman who explained our system's needs and how he repaired/replaced some needed item on the unit, along with standart 6 month maintenance. Please send him again, as they are all good, but I was favorable impressed with his dedication to check, clean, repair, and explain everything included and offer us options to our future services from your company. BlackTie Plumbing came out through my home warranty company. Mark was GREAT! He was informative, honest and very helpful. I did have to call back to home warranty, but NOT at the fault of BlackTie or Mark. A hot water heater issue that hasn’t been resolved (apparently home warranty won’t replace a bad water heater unless it leaks!). I’ve officially found my new go-to plumbing company. Great office people and Mark is THE BEST!

Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. After using them the 3rd time, I no longer recommend Lasiter and Lasiter plumbing.

Please spend a little more time looking for a good company, and don't use benjamin franklin plumbing. I've called several times and still no one has fixed the issue. Even talked to I think a manager named Bo, nothing has been done. It has gotten so bad that now the back door isn't shutting right. Horrible customer service and now will have to spend more money to fix their mistake. Honestly should be reported to the better business bureau. People rely on a business to fix a job and do it right, not make things worse.

I've been using these guys for years now. They are down to earth, practical, straight- shooters who can walk you through everything they are doing and tell you why and how. They get the job done at a great price.

This was the most unprofessional work one had tried to do for me. The technician comea to my door in this covid-19 season without a face mask I had to ask him to get one. then he goes to my attic where he was supposed to fix the head of the water heater vent that disconnectEd from the water heater. He first said it was caused by people who changed my roof. I told him that was over 9months ago and so that couldn’t be so as he tried to force the disconnected vent head to the the water heater and he broke the elbow connecting the vent through the roof. He said the home warranty wouldn’t cover it he needed to tell the authorization department. He actually filled a report that he met the whole vent broken and left from there. He had the dislodged vent placed on my air conditioning duct work thank God I went back to check upstairs. He had not the know how nor the decency to take responsibility for damaging my property. Such a person should not be trusted with peoples properties.
