I had a leak in my home, they came out the next day! Tell me why they couldn't find a leak. they invoice paper says no leak. When I called Specialty Restoration of Texas to come out they found it right away and they did the job and repaired the pipe and had fans and dried the wet carpet. Waste of Money and Time on this company. Plus I was wanting to pay by credit card the $250 charge for the service call and the Person/Plumber said the only take cash they should tell the person when scheduling they only take cash. Luckily my husband had cash.

Tommy was very courteous, on time and very knowledgeable about what needed to get done, I would recommend Tommy to everyone I know.

Cory and his assistant were great. They were on time for both appointments I had - One for Estimate and one for the work. I would not hesitate to bring them out again for any future plumbing needs that arise. I had them replace 14 Emergency water shutoff valves, install new washer water supply valve box, repair a toilet and repair kitchen faucet.

My house underwent a foundation lift and Blacktie did the plumbing work. Two years later I had an issue with my sewer line. I reached out to Blacktie and asked to speak with a manager. The manager listened to my issue and even though the warranty period had expired, he offered to help me resolve the problem. During the entire time he was always responsive in answering my questions. He got everything lined up to expedite repairs. It took a couple trips to make the final repairs and perform a leak test. Not only did they fix the problem but also analyzed the underlying cause and fixed that too. The techs were always courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained what they did. Whenever I called the main office, the scheduling and information teams were always very helpful and friendly. They returned calls promptly and made sure I was taken care of. In the end I felt that the price they charged was more than fair and I am a happy and relieved customer. Thank you Blacktie. Michael did a great job repairing a leaking drain pipe in my crawl space. He was helpful, flexible and professional. Showed up on time, worked hard all day and took time to explain what he was planning to do at the start then showing me what he did at the end. Seemed experienced and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Was not real happy with my telephone conversation. I needed a second opinion on a slab leak. The man on the phone made me feel like he didn't want to come to check out my situation. Conversation ended and left me with the feeling he had so much work he didn't even want to bother with me. Will not call them again.

Just had Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing out to determine if my worst case fear of a busted cast iron pipe under our house was indeed true. Lewis came out at the time promised and ran a snake down the pipe and a camera as I had requested. Turns out no breaks and he got our immediate issue of the backed-up pipe fixed. He advised me on ways to be gentle with the pipe going forward and didn't want to rush into any big and expensive undertakings with it. He advised what the next small step we could take if we wanted. He was no pressure, honest and sincere. I really appreciated that. The price was very fair as well. I've paid a lot more for a lot less with other plumbers. I'm super happy! Thanks!

Travis really saved the day for us. On Feb 14, 2021 the temp dropped to 6 degrees and we had a house with no heat so he drove out in the ice and snow and winterized it for us at 10pm at night. Great guy and we'll be working with him again.

This was the most unprofessional work one had tried to do for me. The technician comea to my door in this covid-19 season without a face mask I had to ask him to get one. then he goes to my attic where he was supposed to fix the head of the water heater vent that disconnectEd from the water heater. He first said it was caused by people who changed my roof. I told him that was over 9months ago and so that couldn’t be so as he tried to force the disconnected vent head to the the water heater and he broke the elbow connecting the vent through the roof. He said the home warranty wouldn’t cover it he needed to tell the authorization department. He actually filled a report that he met the whole vent broken and left from there. He had the dislodged vent placed on my air conditioning duct work thank God I went back to check upstairs. He had not the know how nor the decency to take responsibility for damaging my property. Such a person should not be trusted with peoples properties.
