These guys are awesome! Thought I had a slab leak as I was having massive water bills and could not find the problem. They helped me track down the problem and fix it promptly. It was not a slab leak but in my line between the city tie in and my house. In a single day they found the problem, carefully dug up my line and the next day installed all new, and returned the yard to normal. This was just all right before Christmas and my son's wedding. I cannot praise them enough for their awesome service, value, and kind approach.

Extremely nice. From the people I talked to on the phone to the gentleman that came out to my house. Even though my issue didn’t take any time at all, he didn’t seem put out and gave me some other helpful tips. Not to mention just the fact of getting to me within a day of calling as a new customer, this time of year in Texas is quite impressive.

They just fixed a busted pipe in garage after winter apocalypse 2021. Very quick response in a crazy busy time, didn’t just patch it, but fixed root cause of a previous hack job, and charged a reasonable price in any circumstances. I found my new plumbing company!

However, our home was built in the early 80’s (1983) and leaks are going to happen.

We have used Master Repair Plumbing now 4 times in the many years we’ve owned our home.

These guys know what they’re doing. They find the problem, fast. And fix the problem, fast!

The gentleman that came out went above and beyond to we were happy to have him. We will not go back tot he other company we used to use. We never experienced such great customer service like this!

Scotty had never serviced our plumbing before - he did an outstanding job! He was prompt, courteous and efficient. We had a list including unclogging the kitchen sink, checking the slow drain in the shower and repairing two faucets that were leaking. He kept me informed every step of the way as to what he had completed and what he would work on next. He wore his facemask the entire time, which we especially appreciated. Amazing!!! We were referrred through a very good friend. Drain One came out and looked at our issue. We had a pipe leaking from the slab and they can in and assessed the situation and fixed the issue within 4 and 1/2 hours. Very professional and efficient, clean and affordable! Call them first!!!! This was the most unprofessional work one had tried to do for me. The technician comea to my door in this covid-19 season without a face mask I had to ask him to get one. then he goes to my attic where he was supposed to fix the head of the water heater vent that disconnectEd from the water heater. He first said it was caused by people who changed my roof. I told him that was over 9months ago and so that couldn’t be so as he tried to force the disconnected vent head to the the water heater and he broke the elbow connecting the vent through the roof. He said the home warranty wouldn’t cover it he needed to tell the authorization department. He actually filled a report that he met the whole vent broken and left from there. He had the dislodged vent placed on my air conditioning duct work thank God I went back to check upstairs. He had not the know how nor the decency to take responsibility for damaging my property. Such a person should not be trusted with peoples properties.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today because the faucet handle in my bathtub broke, and the water was running non stop. They called me back, and said they would have someone out today. The plumber who arrived was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue quickly. Initially, I gave this company a great (five star) review. However, the plumber did not have the faucet handle, but told me that I could easily find one at Home Depot. While looking for one (didn’t find it-can only get from one place since the style is old) I had a memory recall which has totally changed my mind about my experience with this company. About 3 -4 years ago I had the same issue. That plumber told me that since my house was older he could make the repair to the leak easily. Without going into a long story, he did the same repair that this company did. The difference is that guy charged me around $125 (maybe $150)and these people charged me $400. BIG DIFFERENCE! Will Never use them again!!!
