First of all, whoever is reading this, if you smell bad odors in your home, please contact this company. It could be affecting your health, allergies and overall wellbeing. I have smelled bad odors in my wall and home due to foundation issues After Blacktie Plumbing fixed the plumbing my home smells cleaner and there are no more bad odors. I had Blacktie Plumbing out to do some repairs on my sewage after my foundation was lifted. Mat and his crew Carl, Travis, Justin did an excellent job locating fixing the leaks under my home and in the laundry room. They even replaced my air vent hose on my dryer because it had to be moved. When many others had no availability, Terry made quick work of the clog and had us functional again. Great service and reasonable prices.

I knew disposal needed to be replaced. Told the person dealing with over the phone needed replaced. They came out opened my cabinet nothing more. Charged me 50 dollars to say we will be back tomorrow. Willing to pay all the upcharges to have the replacement done fast but couldn't do the replacement and charge me for walking in my house, nah. Racket.

Drain one is a superior plumbing company! Their quality of work and customer service are excellent! Initially we had them replace a broken drain pipe under our foundation because they were the best price. Since then they have repaired two gas leaks, several plumbing leaks and installed a tankless water heater. They always get the job done right, and always for munch less than I expected. Above all, I trust them 100%.

We are very happy with our experience. All communication was quick and effective. Every person we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. We had a new water heater fewer than 48 hours after our first call. Thank you!

Husband and wife duo were so.... kind and knowledgeable. During this time of disaster they didn't hesitate to come and assist to get us running water. They worked in our house that didn't have electricity and was very informative and explained the nature of the problem (two busted water pipes from the freezing). This plumbing service is great! I will say that they arrived an hour late but it was okay since plumbers can't guarantee times for each client. They fixed the slab leak and helped with the pipes. Also they are open on Sundays so that's also a plus. Would really recommend and they are nice people.
