Michael was outstanding! He was on time. He wore a mask. (Not necessary, but highly respectful.). He wore booties which my new floors appreciated. He installed 2 garbage disposals, with all associated plumbing, an air switches for the disposals, 2 touchless faucets, and a touchless soap dispenser. Everything was clean when he left and I could not be more pleased with his work. I only gave him five stars because they would not allow six. Hiring professionals is always a gamble. Assuming that everyone at Master Repair Plumbing is like Michael, your risk dramatically decreases with this company.

Had a busy day of running around came home and was going to give my kids showers only to find the bathroom overflown with water. Called a few companies but no one could come until the next morning or they wanted a high price just to come out. Glad we found this company, very reasonable prices and very friendly young men came to fix the problem. They went above and beyond to make sure our problem was taken care of!! Best experience to date having our HVAC system tuned up by KMP. Our technician, Douglas, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Prior to starting he explained what the tune up involved and went over the results once he finished. I also had great experiences with their customer service folks. I’m very pleased with this service and would recommend KMP to others.
