Jorge was patient and knowledgeable answering all my questions. I do think they’re expensive, but I am satisfied with the quality of their work and their honesty. I would give Jorge 5 stars, but the company overall only gets four due to the high prices.

They’re booked solid for months so don’t expect quick service. But, I know the owner and he and his team are some of the finest people in the plumbing industry. Our company did his personal roof and he’s always great and fair to deal with.

Technician (Plumber) Josh Snyder of KMP Plumbing is a GREAT plumbing technician.I had a shower faucet valve that did not shut off. Yikes! I had water pouring into the shower pan and needed an emergency call-out at 7 PM.KMP dispatch was very understanding and had technician Snyder at my home in an hour. Josh quickly diagnosed the problem and installed the new plumbing part that fixed the problem.KMP Plumbing has been in business many years and it shows with excellent service, knowledgeable techs, and very reasonable service and parts rates. A 5-Star + company.Thank you!

I am the manager @ Store Here Self Storage and I had Chris Rodriguez@ the Haltom City branch out to give me an estimate, along with 2 other plumbers. Something that Chris said to me during the estimate was what stuck with me best and that is why we went with him. He wanted to fix the problem not just put a band aid on it so that we would have to call them back out. He wanted a permanent fix! I appreciated that! So my company went with RR and I'm glad we did. I give a 5 star to the plumber, John I think. But less happy about the cost. I was debating finding the leak myself and the home insurance person suggested I let the plumber do it. Well, they charge 225 just to cut a hole in the wall. And the leak was right where I thought it was going to be anyway. So if you have a good idea of where you need to look save yourself some money and cut the hole yourself. The plumber though was courteous and professional. As well as fast.

So NOT HAPPY. I have been a customer of Metro Energy for over 20 years. My A/C that they installed in June 2018, wasn't working. Came home for the last 2 days with temperatures over 80. Called for service and had to pay $99, because it was after hours. The problem was a lose wire. Really, obviously I didn't do that. I will quite recommending them to my friends.

Called Sunday morning because none of our toilets were flushing.They were able to send someone within the hour to check on the issue. Got it scheduled to be fixed on Tuesday.
