Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

Both husband and wife TAG-TEAM DUO, were very responsive, professional and detailed oriented. They definitely knew what they were doing.
I called at 9:15am on New YEAR Eve, they were here 2hrs later, and job was done 30mins after they walked in. We were replacing a leaky 15yo MOEN Kitchen faucet with a modern MOEN with Sensor.
Great people, will definitely hire them again. Blessed to have them.

Thank you to KMP for their timely repair of our slab leak recently. I called the morning the leak was discovered. Brian was there within a couple hours and the repair was done the next day! I'm telling you, had a leak around my toliet and I called Max Quality Plumbing and they came to my rescue ASAP! The Plumber fixed the problem, showed me and explained what the problem was and in a very timely manner & fixed it. Great Warranty as well on the fix. Got a water heater installed 2020, broken in 2021 replaced gas valve, just a year later they said they don’t have warranty, so they charged labor fee. Then this year 2022 broken again, called and didn’t show up the first day, second day says no warranty and nothing, wants to charge up to thousands to fix. I said I’m not sure will get back, then they charged me $89 consultation fee and left. Unbelievable, you guys chose the water heater, you guys installed, issues after issue, and then tells me no warranty, not responsible. Terrible company

Very efficient, but costly for service.

It was disappointing that it took two trips to replace a valve on a Moen single handle kitchen faucet. Most plumbers I would expect to have this part on their truck since virtually all Moen single handle faucets use the same valve. The plumbers were very nice and personable no issue with them. Maybe it is a company issue not stocking their trucks appropriately.

I've been using their services for years! Doug and his staff have always educated me on what the root cause was, how to fix it and are fast with their repairs. I've even sent Doug a text asking for his opinion on something and he always have his opinion. When we moved further away from his location (30mins further out). I still chose to use this company to perform the work over any other company. Once you build a truthful relationship with a company. It's easy to feel more at ease with their work.

Very unresponsive company. Asked to be called by Codey for ten times. It’s been a month nobody contacted me yet

Requested a quote to have a urial unstopped & they quoted for a new flush valve and new sensor unit.
Then they came out and replaced the batteries that did not need to be replaced on the sensor unit for $150.
The urinal still has not been fixed, they just turned the water cut off down to only let a small amount of water out to just barely keep the urinal from overflowing.
I do not recommend ever using this company for anything.
