Best Sewer Repair in Arlington TX

What a great company. These plumbers came out and gave me an estimate to do the repair, when the other plumbers came out they gave me a totally different estimate, and said that they had to break concrete but Leslie at Jose came out and they didn't break any concrete and did the repair, they ran a brand-new line from my wall to the attic to the other side where the pipe was leaking. I highly recommend these guys.

I’ve had these guys at my house a few times for somerepairs and am always happy , recently they had to tunnel under my house to fix my shower drain, I was surprised how fast they got it done and it was a great price. Not calling anyone else.

Services rendered was very professional. The administrative staff contacted me to confirm my appointment and also to notify me of the technicians arrival time. The technician arrived on time and did a quick assessment of all my concerns. A few of the items e.g. lighting hot water tan and adjusting chain in toilet to stop running water, were quick fixes that required no payment.

The repair of the kitchen sink and a leaky faucet required going to get more parts in which he quickly picked up and returned in a reasonable manner. He knocked on the door prior to entering my home so as to preserve my privacy and avoid scaring me. He repaired both items and cleaned up his mess in less than 20 minutes. I was able to pay using their hand-held scanner. Overall, it was a great transaction. He even told me how to light the hot water tank. I was sent my invoice via email and given a quote on some other items. More importantly, I will not have to pay for another home visit assessment for that particular should I decide to repair it in the future.

We had our main pipe get clogged on a Friday afternoon these guys came so quickly and got everything running within an hour or so.. would highly recommend them!

Gaberial Booker has assisted me with several plumbing issues. His prices is good but just as important or more important, he is very responsive and comes out as quickly as possible. I contact Mr. Booker any time I have a plumbing issue and would gladly refer him to others.

Horrific work. I will attach photos of the drainage pipe they repaired under my restroom which required tunneling and the previous owners to spend 13k. The flange and the drain pipe were not even connected under the house, which meant all waste was accumulating under my house. Obviously I called a competent plumber to come out and fix the issue for the small fee of $3,100. I have contacted BBB of Board of Plumbing Examiners. I will update as they complete their investigations. I WOULD NEVER recommend this company. I also find their relationship with PermaPier curious at minimum.

Notice the large void under the concrete where soil should be. I believe the dirt was not packed in well when they were done tunneling and as water and feces piled up in that hole, it slowly settled, creating a much more large whole.

Blacktie has stated they will accept no responsibility for the work they did because I did not call them first. WHY WOULD I CALL THEM? Their work was sub par to begin with. They want to do the ol' warranty dance, nothing is more off putting, they know they did this work regardless of whether I had previous owners transfer warranty or not.

Cannot recommend this company enough! Michael came out on a Saturday morning for a last-minute plumbing inspection on a home we’re buying, and was incredibly professional, kind, and patient with all of our questions. After laying drop cloths and explaining what he would be doing, he was quick and efficient and came back with a full report and recommendations. We feel so much better about this home because of Michael’s assessment, and look forward to using them with our plumbing work in the future!

Metro rooter amazing! Service man while fixing my plumbing issue, notified me that their was another issue with my water line connected to the city of Arlington.
By him communicating this problem, I contacted the city and they fixed this $3000 issue. The city covered the cost. But this had to be done by June or I may have had to pay for it.

Just moved to Tx, needed work on our washer/leak and they were very kind and efficient. Had multiple estimates, he had the best price, and we are extremely happy with the repairs.

They are very unprofessional rude and charging double the price when people are in need dont go to this company.they are ridiculous. I wish I had an option of giving no stars at all .

My a/c drain line clogged up late last night. Of course it's a holiday weekend. I called early this morning(Sunday), about 8:30. They had a guy at my house by 11am!! The drain was fixed quickly.
We tried to call 2 other companies: one said they couldn't come out until Monday and they other never did call us back to say when they were coming 🙄
Thanks to Drain One Plumbing we can enjoy the rest of the Labor Day weekend.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
