I made 5 attempts over a two week period to contact this business regarding some work on basement pipes I needed done. I called three times, left voicemails, and submitted two requests online through their website, with my contact number and my email. Not once did anyone return any of my calls, respond to any of my voicemails, or respond to any of the requests I submitted online. Again, 5 attempts over two weeks with ZERO response from anyone there. Maybe they're a good company, but their customer service/response is in the toilet. Maybe business is booming so much, they can just disregard service requests.

I called because I had a clogged up pipe that was over flowing into my shower and tub. They came out within an hour. Juan was our plumber and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them. He fixed my problem and the prices were very fair. I will definitely use them in the future if I have other plumbing needs.

We used KMP for gas pipes leak fixing. Referred by my friend.Absolute professional.One item that i was not entirely happy: were not transparent when city inspection office was requested for inspection.Could have been city that i reside, city’s inspection office were absolutely terrible while i was following up on it.Once Rachael came back to office, she took care of it.

Update 4/26/17 Had a clogged shower drain at my mother's house Brent showed up on time and had it draining again in minutes. I called a Company called Cody sons that’s is very “professional” to come fix my heater tank and I was told that I need a brand new unit and to get it done it was Around 5k and when I came cross krushteam6 from a friend of mine that who done business with them in the past I called and I scheduled an app for them to come and check it out and they find out the problem within less then a hour and I got it fixed less then 24hr for only few hindered bucks so I highly recommend they are very professional and respectful I will be contacting them for any further work in the future. Save your time and money and call krushteam6

Used this company for many years. They were always fair, reliable and did good work. Things have changed. Will no longer use them. In 2020 they came by to give an estimate on replacing bathroom sink. Never heard back. Called several times but never heard back. Recently in 2021 again asked for an estimate on a new sink. Set up an appointment but never heard from them. Will not be calling again and for sure will not be recommending them. T Hightower

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
