These guys are awesome! Thought I had a slab leak as I was having massive water bills and could not find the problem. They helped me track down the problem and fix it promptly. It was not a slab leak but in my line between the city tie in and my house. In a single day they found the problem, carefully dug up my line and the next day installed all new, and returned the yard to normal. This was just all right before Christmas and my son's wedding. I cannot praise them enough for their awesome service, value, and kind approach.

Had an emergency outage of AC unit - Max’s responded within 2 hrs with 2 great, professional courteous, well communicated, very knowledgeable, and efficient technicians (Edgar and Allan). Diagnosis and repair was prompt, and unit was back on within an hr. Many thanks to Edgar, Allan, and Max’s for the great work and being so reliable!

Matt Wise was great to work with. He was able to solve the problem with my shower in no time at all. Working with him now on upgrading our water heater system. He has explained the pros and cons on tank vs. tankless and we will be booking with him soon to complete that as well. Matt definitely gets a 10 out of 10 from us for his professionalism.

I’ve been using Lasiter and Lasiter for several years. They don’t charge the initial service call fee for an evaluation like so many companies do. Every plumber that has come out has been excellent. They evaluate the situation and we talk through it - they never talk down to me, and are always professional and polite. I won’t use anyone else.

They were able to to fix a mojor broken pipe under the foundation in one day and the men who came out are 2 of the hardest working men i have seen. Their prices are very reasonable and fair. I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
