Black Tie was hired through my home warranty company. I contacted them directly and set up an appointment. They set a 4 hour window and I was told they would call 30-40 minutes before arriving. At around 4:30, I called stating I had not received a call. They assured me the plumber was caught up on the prior job and would call soon. At 5:30, I called again. I wanted to make sure he was, in fact, still coming since neither of our toilets were working and the weekend was upon us.Again, I was assured he would still come and he would be there shortly. I was home all night, no one called, or showed up. It's now 2:30 pm the Monday after. No one has called to apologize or reschedule my appointment. I called my home warranty company (who, in turn, called Black Tie) and they told them they went to my house and couldn't get in! Even tried calling me! I informed them this did not happen and when he asked again, Black Tie apparently fessed up and said they had to cancel the appointment. Again, I was not informed of anything. Still very upset and still no working toilets.

Michael Gentry is the only person we use to do our plumbing work. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and pays attention to detail both to the work he performs and the homeowner's safety and wellness especially during these uncertain times by wearing a mask for the duration of his visit and will not step inside your house without shoe covers on! By far the best plumber we've ever used, work always done right the first time, a definite Gentleman and does QUALITY work!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

So I needed a Sewer Drain clean out. I had a backup that was backing up in the bathtub and in the laundry room in one of my rental properties. They come highly recommended to me from The Property Center a property management company. I

They did great work for a fair price and there were no hidden fees, upcharges, or other surprises during the work. They were also quick to response and to get the job done, not dragging things out or inconveniencing us in any way.

They wanted $320 to snake an a.c. drain on a Sunday. Most of their competitors want about $200-250. On google it says theyre open 24 hours, but know youre going to pay way more than average to use them after hours. Call around for quotes before using these guys.

We had a busted water line due to this horrible Texas freeze. Could not get any other plumbers to answer their phone. Not only did these two come the same day we called, but they were here within 2 hours of us calling. They came after hours for this emergency call. Gave us options for the repair and had it fixed with running water in less than 30 minutes!!! We are sooooo grateful! Highly recommended- will definitely use again!

We had a leak underground and they were able to locate the leak and determine it was in the front yard. Turns out we had quest pipe, so we decided to just replace the whole line. I called and they had someone come out the next day. It was a two day job right before a holiday and they fit us in. They kept us informed of what was happening the whole time and made us part of the decision making.

Brent did a great job on my house and was professional and honest. I would recommend him to any of my friends. Update 4/26/17 Had a clogged shower drain at my mother's house Brent showed up on time and had it draining again in minutes. Cant say enough good things about his work ethic or the quality of his work. A+++
