Tommy came to my house and replaced my outside water shut off that had been leaking. I knew it had to be replaced and was surprised that it was not as expensive as I had thought. Tommy was the Plumbing Technician and he was so personable and nice, and I felt like we had been long time friends. I watched him work and his standards are set very, very high. I appreciate his polite manner and his attention to detail. I will call again when I need pluming work done and ask for Tommy. Thank You Tommy!

Horrible company....do NOT use them. I had them come July 5 to unclog basement laundry drain and they left oily, grease stains all over my carpet. I emailed them the photos and then a week later I called and left a message, both times asking what their solution to the problem would be. They had no problem cashing my check but NEVER replied to my email or to my phone call to offer a rebate or to even acknowledge they did this and apologize. I am a woman going through cancer treatments and they know this! Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. I gave them one star only because they did fix the drain.

I had a massive back up at my home and didn’t know who to call, so I asked my neighbor who he used and he told me about Blacktie Plumbing. I called them and was immediately impressed with the office staff and their concern for my issue. They got me on the schedule for the same day and came out in a few hours. The plumber gave me a no cost estimate and I agreed for the service. He then ran his sewer machine and cleared the blockage. When I asked what had caused the issue he told me that there was a large amount of grease buildup. He then asked me if I would like to get the grease out of the line. I of course said yes, but was concerned about the cost. The plumber Jeremy then called is boss Chad and asked what we could do to help me out. They gave me a combo discount and took great care of me. I will recommend them to all my friends and family as they were awesome!! I never felt pressured in any way. They made me feel like family. The handle to open the water to the water spout on my bathtub was loose. $140 to fix “labor” + $80 in “parts” total $220!!! 😳. The guy didn’t take no other payment except cash..who knows, maybe to avoid paying taxes but his problem. This fix was way to expensive.

Brent was the most pleasant person to work with. I called several different places to help me diagnose the issue with a front yard water leak. I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
