This company was sent to my house from Cinch Home Warranty. The one good thing was how quickly they scheduled an appointment and arrived. Unfortunately, that is the only good thing. Two guys showed up at my house for water on my bedroom floor. They never once looked at my meter to see if there was an active leak, used any equipment to detect a leak or do any investigating about why there may be a leak. They simply said it was probably a slab leak and that it would cost me lots of money to fix that (all while laughing) and that wasn’t something he could fix. He said I’ll take a picture and then it’s in the warranty company’s hand. Well, they told the warranty company it is a slab leak (without even knowing that) and now the warranty company won’t refund my deductible for a vendor who didn’t provide a service to me (“literally at my house no more than 10 minutes) and they won’t send anybody out for a second opinion. I have never been laughed at in my own home by any type of technician or had to deal with such an unprofessional people. We have since noticed a crack in our tub very near the water site and with us not using the tub the water has dried up so while I’m no plumber, I feel like I have a better idea of what may have caused the water leak with just a little investigation than someone who should be trained to look for the problem. So frustrated with this company and I’d advise others to look elsewhere for their plumbing needs.

Our kitchen sink was backed up, called Roto Router and after 2 hours, not only were they unable to fix it, they left me with a leaking pipe. Ace Drain and Sewer came the next day and after less than a hour both the clog and the leaking pipe were fixed.

Called late in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment scheduled for the next day. Took care of my clogged sink, in and out within 30 mins.

There is never a great time to need drain cleanout services. However, Metro Rooter was able to have someone at my doorstep within 15 minutes of my call on a Sunday afternoon! When many others had no availability, Terry made quick work of the clog and had us functional again. Great service and reasonable prices.

We had a busted water line due to this horrible Texas freeze. Could not get any other plumbers to answer their phone. Not only did these two come the same day we called, but they were here within 2 hours of us calling. They came after hours for this emergency call. Gave us options for the repair and had it fixed with running water in less than 30 minutes!!! We are sooooo grateful! Highly recommended- will definitely use again!

Had a leak on a Sunday.. called 5 places one answered and never called back. Tried KMP and they responded right back to me, had an opening and sent a technician out to the house. They arrived onsite and talked me thru what was going on and got my service restored since we had cut the water off to the entire house. They got me back up and running, explained my options and talked thru pros and cons of each option.highly recommend when you have plumbing needs.

Brent was the most pleasant person to work with. I called several different places to help me diagnose the issue with a front yard water leak. He came out, showed me what the problem was, and fixed the issue in an hour and a half. I would most definitely recommend this plumbing service. We will be using him in the future. Thanks Brent!!

These guys are great! We have a unique sump pump system that pumps water from house out to city line because we are below it and mike is the only guy we found that confidently knows how to fix. We’ve had him out for several pump replacements. It’s always so easy to deal with them. Their dispatch is kind, nice and helpful and they always takes care of us. They are fair, and do a great job too! This last call they had to send a different guy because mike was busy, but he said he would make sure he could take care of me and he did. Very pleased with roto-rooter.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

I was not actually a customer of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing but I give them a 10 plus! One of their employees actually rescued me from an angry, antagonistic driver. The driver that I did not know kept circling my car, braking sharply in front of me and almost caused an accident. He kept yelling and trying to get me to pull into empty parking lots. I was very afraid. It was on January street near hwy 360. The Ben Franklin man intervened, got the man to pull into a parking lot and allowed me to escape. I pray that your employee was not harmed and I commend him for his valor! Thank you so much!
