Kaleb and Jacob are the best around. They are quick to respond, quick to come give a quote, and quick to get the work done. While waiting for the inspector and through to out the process of replacing our clay pipes, they continued to check in and make sure things were good. They are awesome about texting with any updates. These guys are so knowledgeable and dependable, I will not hire any other plumbers but them.

This company came out the same day, within an hour and fixed our water heater. Robby was such a pleasure, very kind and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue with no problem.

Terry with Metro Rooter came out 12/13/20 to fix a water leak in a pipe leading to my kitchen sink. He used a camera in the nearest clean-out to find the leak. He had to cut into the dry wall and then cut out the old pipe and solder a new piece in. He also rearranged the PVC pipe under the sink to maximize drainage and then replaced the kitchen faucet at my request with a new faucet I had purchased at Home Depot. This all takes time. When he returned the next day to finish, I then asked if he would replace a bathroom faucet and a tub spout so my shower would work. Once again these fixes took time as we needed to get parts from Home Depot. He had to do some soldering as the tub spout was shorter then the previous spout. Terry made it work though and things I needed done for years were fixed. He returned a third day to make the repair on the dry wall for the original leak. He changed an outside water spigot while he was there for a dripping hose I had for 4 years. Yes...all of this cost money but not as much as I thought and much less then some other plumbing outfits would have charged me. Thanks Terry for fixing all these problems that were driving me crazy for years. You did a good job on everything. I love my new faucets.

I called KMP after my finding out pipes was leaking after the ice storm we had in Feb. Took a while to get an appointment because everyone was so busy. But KMP sent Donald to my house. I am very thankful that it was Donald that fixed my pipes. His courteous professional but I mostly appreciated his kindness. He talked me through the problem, educated me on my options so I could make an informed decision, and didn’t rush through the job.

Something that Chris said to me during the estimate was what stuck with me best and that is why we went with him. He wanted to fix the problem not just put a band aid on it so that we would have to call them back out. He wanted a permanent fix! I appreciated that! So my company went with RR and I'm glad we did. Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Please spend a little more time looking for a good company, and don't use benjamin franklin plumbing. I've called several times and still no one has fixed the issue. Even talked to I think a manager named Bo, nothing has been done. It has gotten so bad that now the back door isn't shutting right. Horrible customer service and now will have to spend more money to fix their mistake. Honestly should be reported to the better business bureau. People rely on a business to fix a job and do it right, not make things worse.
