Shawn and Daniel did a great job on the plumbing in out bathroom which is being converted into a wet room and required some extensive revamping and re-positioning of various items in the room. Shawn went above and beyond in helping expedite the repairs and Daniel assisted him in a very knowledgeable and efficient manner. We were blessed to have them do the work for us

Had kitchen sink clog “fixed” by competitor with suspiciously similar name last month. Obviously not fixed, had Roto-Rooter come and it is actually fixed this time - same day, good communication, uniformed worker, upfront estimate was the cost for fixing. Completely satisfied.

This company did a great job with our issue. We went thru another company that did not do the job correctly. The Schrader tech Janes spent time to clean things out and explain everything clearly for a much more reasonable price. I will use Schrader again for the replacement of our sewer line.

Had a small issue with a leak with the plumbing that was installed by them through the builder. Micaela was awesome with getting it taken care of. She dispatched a technician as quick as she could and had them repair it as well as getting the appropriate warranty personnel involved even though that was not her department.

Plumbing issues are the worst to have but having someone like that on your team that understands a consumer and makes it easier to deal with.

Horizon plumbing and their team are great, would use them again if I ever have issues in the future.

Roy has done plumbing jobs large and small on our house for 20 years. He is prompt, reliable, does great work and backs up his work always. We 'shop small' to support local contractors and businesses every chance we get and Roy is our go-to for all plumbing needs. Highly recommend him and his work.

Recently had a cold water leak underneath slab, two companies attempted to locate leak but were unsuccessful. A friend recommended RCA Plumbing LLC, when Kyle arrived with his assistant Wyatt they went right to work and were able to pin point the leak location and provided a plan of action to fix cold water slab leak. Highly recommend this company they’re great.

Nikki has been great and patient with on going plumbing issues we have had with our newly purchased home. She fixed several things that were repaired incorrectly and has been very diligent in trying to solve our mystery blockage on one side of the house. She has always been very communicative and been here when she said she would. One of the hardest workers I have seen.

Micheal came out to do our seasonal check of our 2 HVAC systems. This is the second time he has come out to perform these checks. He is so detailed oriented he finds problems that could manifest into bigger problems & does his work so thoroughly (as if it’s his own) that I hope he remains our tech. BTW, he finds problems left from our new system install done a few years ago by another HVAC company (Ellis) that I will never use again. Thank you Michael!

I wrote a review for Deaton Plumbing about three months ago. It was a one star. If possible, I would have given them no stars. My review has now disappeared. I will post again: I had a clogged drain for my washing machine. They sent a man, Chris, who charged nearly $200 to give his opinion that our cast iron drain system had a bad joint. To avoid tearing up our tile floor, he recommended an $8000 fix involving moving the water line for washing machine and moving the drain, digging up the back yard and tying in to sewer system. I called another plumber who cleaned out the drain for less than Deaton's guy charged for his opinion. I will be checking periodically to see that my review is not removed like the first one was.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
