Very flexible with scheduling. Conscientious with details. Friendly staff. Cleaned up everything and removed the old water heater. I’ve scheduled more work because they are reliable and offered good service.

I needed to get a back flow preventer test for my CO and I was able to get a same day appointment. The plumber that came out was very professional but also a people person. He explained to me what he was doing as he laughed and joked. He was proficient and knowledgeable of his assignment.

Needed someone to come check out a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and a sink that was having draining issues. They charged $350 for the visit because it was after hours. My issues are that they did not look at the sink -my tenant was the only one home at the time and realized after the guy had left that he didn't look at it - she called them back and they said they would have to charge for another visit - despite the fact that the guy had only spent 25 minutes at my home and the rate was hourly. He also did not want to accept the coupon that is on their website because it wasn't printed. Lastly, when called about the guy returning to look at the sink Gary was argumentative and rude. I do not recommend them.

I'm not a plumber, a mechanic, a painter, etc. by any means but like a lot of men I've picked up a lot of stuff throughout the years helping my dad fix stuff around the house... So I gave it my best to fix a leak in my yard the last 3 days and as I seemed to be making good progress, I discovered more problems than I initially thought I had. In any case, the boys here took care of me, got everything fixed up, and even gave me some advice/ insight along the way when I was trying to fix it myself.

If you can do it yourself, give it a shot but when it's time to call the pros, don't hesitate to give these guys a call!!!

Please spend a little more time looking for a good company, and don't use benjamin franklin plumbing. I've called several times and still no one has fixed the issue. Even talked to I think a manager named Bo, nothing has been done. It has gotten so bad that now the back door isn't shutting right. Horrible customer service and now will have to spend more money to fix their mistake. Honestly should be reported to the better business bureau. People rely on a business to fix a job and do it right, not make things worse.

When you need them, they are ready to come out and get to work.

Have used this firm twice in the past week (separate issues). Service was so great the first time (replacing toilets) that I used them again to replace my hot water heater. Very satisfied with the service provided by both Skylar and Shawn.

Travon was extremely helpful, professional and expedient in the services I received. Although the prices may be a bit steep it is the going rate any where you look in TX with this heat we are receiving and especially if you are unable to fix things yourself. I had my capacitor replaced, filters changed and ducts cleaned. I truly appreciate the quick service and having A/C again especially with today being over 100 degrees

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
