Best Plumbing Leak Repair in Arlington TX

We had a leak my husband couldnt locate. I was concerned about long term damage. The company sent someone over who not only quickly located the leak, but reassured me there was no long teem damage to our home. I recommend them completely!

Manny did a professional job in finding the plumbing blockage and cleaning it out! Thank goodness, our toilets are working properly! Thank You!

Dave was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He used shoe covers when I asked and fixed the problem. The work cost what he quoted. Hopefully this solves the leak over my garage.

Had a water heater install by Jacob and Kaleb they were on time friendly and explained everything as they went never felt left out and felt safe and we’ll taken care of will for sure be calling them with all my plumbing problems

I would like to thank Bubba and the booking receptionist. Both were amazing and communicated very clearly.

I had a single valve mixer-cartridge on my shower replaced within 40 minutes of Bubba taking a look at my leaking shower, I too suspected this is what was needed for repair but never having don’t the job myself, I wanted to watch the process.

It was straight forward for the most part. Bubba did mention as he provided me the estimate, ($340’ish), it could be a little more expensive if he was unable to get the nut washer that secures the valve to the shower body. As luck would have it, the nut was on there real good and had to be cut. This was a $60 fee to cut and replace the nut.

After a few minutes of sawing the old brass nut, and a quick pry the nut was loosed from the shower and old valve was removed.

He performed a quick clean on the inside of the existing valve body to remove old sediment. Once cleaned, inserted and pressed in the new valve in, reassembled shower handle components to valve. Added necessary thread treatment to new nut. Tested and worked.

Total Bill was ($402), seems a bit high.

It was not a plumbing emergency and I’m thankful it’s fixed, both agents I worked with were impeccable and great at communicating and customer service, but the price was a bit of a shocker!

I think Matt might have been your service man's name, but I couldn't ask for a better worker, patient serviceman who explained our system's needs and how he repaired/replaced some needed item on the unit, along with standart 6 month maintenance. Please send him again, as they are all good, but I was favorable impressed with his dedication to check, clean, repair, and explain everything included and offer us options to our future services from your company. I rate him as a 10. Al Green.

Master Repair Plumbing responded to the call I placed, yesterday afternoon, and had Chad and Wayne onsite by 9:30 this morning. They left just moments ago. (12:40.) Chad tells me he's been with the company for 22 years. There is simply no substitute for craftsmanship and experience!

I have NEVER been so impressed with the service and competence of workmen or of a company! (Ask my friends, I am not easily impressed!)

If I could give this company a negative rating I would, but 1 star is the lowest option. I called this company out to fix my washer. Day #1 the plumber got is equipment stuck in the drain and had to leave it over night. Day #2 he got his equipment unstuck, but did not fix the drainage issue. THEN he demanded I pay him for the service call. So 2 days of “working” on the drainage issue the washer was still not fixed and I was bullied into paying for service that was not completed.

Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. Will continue to use

My husband and I have used Lasiter Plumbing ever since we moved to Fort Worth in mid 2014. My husband is quite ill, and Gary (dispatcher at Lasiter) has gone out of his way to help us. He helped us determine what fixtures we needed in our bathroom, and they have helped immensely. Today we had Lasiter come (Miguel) and learned that we needed a new kitchen faucet. The installation would normally require another appointment. Because we are in the midst of complicated medical treatment with only 24-hour appointment notice from day to day, it's impossible for us to schedule anything else right now, so Gary moved heaven and earth to allow Miguel to come back the same day to install the faucet! What other company would do that? NONE!!! We have had Lasiter do at least five jobs for us already. Every single person they have sent has been wonderful. Miguel, today, was such a skilled gentleman. He did a perfect job and left the kitchen spotless. We thank Miguel, Gary, all the Lasiter workers we have had, and the Lasiter family for providing such marvelous, high-quality service.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

I was a little hesitant about having Mr. Jones do the repairs in my home after reading the reviews of his past work, but he did a great job. He may lack a little bit of “bedside manner,” but the work he did was fantastic! I really enjoyed meeting him. I would call him again if needed.

They stood us up for our appointment and didn't even bother to call, we had to call them. We asked when they could come and were made to feel as if our request wasn't a priority because all that we were looking to do was have our kitchen sink replaced.

...and yes, I am sure that I have the right Benjamin Franklin location. I did my research before writing this comment.
