These guys are awesome! Thought I had a slab leak as I was having massive water bills and could not find the problem. They helped me track down the problem and fix it promptly. It was not a slab leak but in my line between the city tie in and my house. In a single day they found the problem, carefully dug up my line and the next day installed all new, and returned the yard to normal. This was just all right before Christmas and my son's wedding. I cannot praise them enough for their awesome service, value, and kind approach.

He listened to the issues I have been having and answered my questions.

I have worked with Matt Wise and his team at another property and was so pleased with their level of service that I asked them to handle an issue affecting multiple tenants in Plano where the lines have backed up on and off for some time. They were able to diagnose the issue and get the lines opened up. Matt is great at explaining the problem in a way that I can understand it and can then communicate it to the tenants. It seems like we have used every drain service around. Metro Rooter was the card we had on the fridge, but frankly, I had no recall of them. We get roots in our drain line every 12-18 months and need to have them cleaned out. I called a couple of other places first and they took hours to call me back and their prices were higher than I really wanted to pay. About out of desperation, I called the number on my card. Their price was $50-60 below the others and they apologized for only being about to get to me 4 hours before anyone else could.
They were prompt, the call cost exactly what their phone quite said, and I was thrilled. Now I will remember that card is on my fridge for a valid reason. I’m not using anyone else.

Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. We had an overflowing toilet and a bathtub filling with sewage water. I called around to at least six other local companies and All Complete was the only one who could respond to our desperate situation immediately. I called Stephen and he had a master plumber at my door within ten minutes! The plumbers had everything fixed within an hour and a half and the charges were so affordable.

Called and L&L responded on a Sat afternoon in an hour to repair a sewer break that two other plumbers found infinite number of reasons why they were not be able to address the problem. In less than 2 hrs later sewer break repaired correctly and mess was gone.... Migel was one time willing to engage, located break in sewer line, dug it out and repaired break in line and solved the problem...

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

I was a little hesitant about having Mr. Jones do the repairs in my home after reading the reviews of his past work, but he did a great job. He may lack a little bit of “bedside manner,” but the work he did was fantastic! I really enjoyed meeting him. I would call him again if needed.
