Originally called them to fix problems with our ac drain line, a problem with our water heater not heating and a toilet that was leaking. They did a great job at finding and fixing all the issues we had! I ended up having noise issues with the new toilet they had installed but they came out the next business day and to fix the issue. The guys stayed until they fixed the problem. I feel like most other plumbers would have given up but these guys went above and beyond to fix the issue. Definitely plan on doing business with them in the future!

We had a sewer odor in bath. Contacted Bernard’s and explained problem. I was told what the problem was before testing began. We had a leak in drain trap of which digging under slab was required. Problem was repaired correctly on our 60 year old house.

We just moved into a new house and the freestandidng tub in our master bath was not installed properly and we were experiencing problems. Called Lasiter Plumbing and Lewis and Justin came out and very quickly fixed the problem. They were very professional and careful and made sure everything was working properly before they left. We were very pleased with their service.

Update 4/26/17 Had a clogged shower drain at my mother's house Brent showed up on time and had it draining again in minutes. Cant say enough good things about his work ethic or the quality of his work. A+++

Had a broken water line from the street. Called one plumber and they quoted me a price of $6000-10,000. Ouch! I hired an unskilled laborer to dig up the pipe and find the leak, then called F&B to repair the pipe. I called them at 8 a.m., and by 10:30 the repair had been done for $175. This is the way plumbing repairs ought to go--fast and affordable.

Cody explained to me very clearly the steps that needed to be taken to replace my pressure reduction valve. He was knowledgeable and professional. Caleb (Big Country) did a great job with installing it. I never knew the water pressure in my house was so low all these years. It’s quite a change having water come out nice and strong! Called Ernie's 6/8 about 10a for a free estimate for a total rebuild of 2 toilet tanks, incl. tank to bowl gasket and bolts. They promised someone here by 2p. I got a courtesy call he was enroute shortly after 1p and Pete was here within 30. He was very nice and cordial yet professional. He checked the tanks, gave me a price and said he'd be back today by 8:30a. Got the courtesy call today at 7:15a and he was here in an hour. He worked quickly, and in spite of all of my questions, was done with both in under 2 hours, including cleanup. We'll be asking for Pete for our future plumbing needs!
