I wanted to take a moment to compliment one of your employees. Juan (unfortunately I didn't catch his last name) was a true lifesaver last night in the Canyon Falls neighborhood in Argyle! My family and I moved into our new house yesterday, and around 8pm began smelling gas. Juan came immediately, even though it was getting late in the evening, and stayed until 10:30pm testing multiple things and working diligently to make sure we were safe. He even came back this morning to check on us! You have a stellar employee there. Please thank him for us.

We have been using Fischer and Boone exclusively for almost forty years. They have taken care of our plumbing repairs in five houses as little children grew up to be some of their licensed plumbers. Most recently we had a very difficult stoppage in a sewer line and they worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. Their fees for repeated trips involving several hours work each time were very fair and their work was high quality. We don't shop around when we have any plumbing need.

I'm telling you, had a leak around my toliet and I called Max Quality Plumbing and they came to my rescue ASAP! The Plumber fixed the problem, showed me and explained what the problem was and in a very timely manner & fixed it. Great Warranty as well on the fix. I would and will use them again when necessary... Thank you very much Geronimo!!

I have always had great service from Ernie's Plumbing. I had that same great service again today. Michael #410 went above and beyond today to fix my kitchen faucet. It needed to be replaced and Michael was able to get a replacement faucet and install the new one quickly and efficiently right before the busy holidays. Michael was very professional and courteous and exemplifies what it means to have excellent customer service.
