Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. Will continue to use

I am very impressed with the overall professionalism of Lasiter plumbing. Form the time we scheduled, they were clear about the time when and who will come. Plumber came exactly within those 2 hour window and called me 20 minuets before the actual time. He was pleasent, knew exactly where the problem would be. He was in and out less than 30 minuets after fixing my kitchen faucet. I will strongly recommend these guys.

Chris Woolheater was on call last night for my after hours appointment. He was here over three hours diligently working on installing two faucets that I needed placed before guests arrived. He also capped water in a separate area where a new cabinet and sink will be installed.Chris was diligent, kind, respectful and hard working and made sure my project was completely finished properly even though it was late and he had been working all day.Thank you KMP and thank you Chris!

Used this company for many years. They were always fair, reliable and did good work. Things have changed. Will no longer use them. In 2020 they came by to give an estimate on replacing bathroom sink. Never heard back. Called several times but never heard back. Recently in 2021 again asked for an estimate on a new sink. Set up an appointment but never heard from them. Will not be calling again and for sure will not be recommending them. T Hightower

Great Job!! I was really concerned that our AC wasnt going to get fixed the same day it was diagnosed because the demand with summer heat was so high. The manager in charge of dispatching techs never got tired of my calls and kept assuringg me they would be here. They kept their promise and the technician persevered past 9pm and followed through the next day on some details as promised. I dont know if i would have done any more if it was my own family i was trying to help. Outstanding service!!! Thank you.

The greatest service was the installation of my outdoor pool shower, done in ONE day!! A perfect job, easy to communicate with for what I wanted but their input to what I needed! Placed floor coverings down as they had to work in attic, and left with a smile on my face👍🏻

Micheal came out to do our seasonal check of our 2 HVAC systems. This is the second time he has come out to perform these checks. He is so detailed oriented he finds problems that could manifest into bigger problems & does his work so thoroughly (as if it’s his own) that I hope he remains our tech. BTW, he finds problems left from our new system install done a few years ago by another HVAC company (Ellis) that I will never use again. Thank you Michael!
