Best New Kitchen in Arlington TX

Tyler was very pleasant and professional. He replaced the fill valve and flapper in both my toilets. All is working great now. Pricing was very competitive and scheduling was quick.

My wife and I had a rupture in our water main. Walton, ACE's parent company, did the work to fix it, and we could not be more pleased. Wayne and his team were prompt, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly. They coordinated the entire job, including working with the town to get a new meter installed. Walton was also half as expensive as our other quote. They even came the next day to fix the cement in the wall and spread mulch and grass seed on the dirt patch left from the hole.

It was all done in two mornings. I had no idea what to expect in this process, but my expectations were exceeded at every step of the way. I hope to never have an issue like this again, but if we did, we'd definitely call Walton/ACE.

Plumbing disaster on a Saturday afternoon...every one else said next week except these guys ....we got functional by 8pm Saturday evening...
By Wednesday we got FIXED...50 years of tree roots and sludge out of the way. Three guys in total....absolutely perfect customer service...polite...knowledgeable....attentive...

Daryl and Alex showed up in a matter of 30 minutes of being called. They were supper courteous and professional. They came to inspect my place of employment and took the extra mile to walk through the entire building trying to figure out the problem.

We have had them come out multiple times to assist with plumbing needs. They also helped with our bathroom and kitchen restoration!

Tyler did great job. Amie ( receptionist) responded right away to our job request.

I had to replace my double check backflow preventer because it was leaking. I was able to schedule an appointment within days. Trent and Chris came by early in the appointment window and discussed my options fully and competently. I was very satisfied with their ability and professionalism. Best of all I was able to schedule a follow up appointment for the next day to complete the work.

Easy to communicate with they also are really informative and they try and understand your current situation. I would honestly recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing issues.

Their bid to fix it was huge, so I needed a 2nd opinion. You fit me into the schedule, got somebody out, found a better (cheaper!) solution and fixed my leak. They are probably not the cheapest but their service is top notch. Rachel was very helpful in getting the tech out to us pretty quickly for a plumbing emergency. Steven, the leas tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m glad there are companies out there like KMP who genuinely care about their customers and their reputation.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Cody explained to me very clearly the steps that needed to be taken to replace my pressure reduction valve. He was knowledgeable and professional. Caleb (Big Country) did a great job with installing it. I never knew the water pressure in my house was so low all these years. It’s quite a change having water come out nice and strong!
