Robert came out today and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel like we were important and that we were a top priority. We have used Max Air now for 6 years and could not be happier.

I’ve had these guys at my house a few times for somerepairs and am always happy , recently they had to tunnel under my house to fix my shower drain, I was surprised how fast they got it done and it was a great price. Not calling anyone else.

*FAR* exceeded my expectations! Michael and Chad were honest, straightforward, on time, professional and effective at the work they did. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who ever has the misfortune of experiencing a slab leak in their home or place of residence.

I was not pleased with the service from the tech who flushed out my water heater. I felt rushed by the tech. I’m not satisfied with the flushing of my water heater.

STAY AWAY! Very expensive and poor quality work. I called Direct Source Plumbing to get a water line installed from my faucet to an ice maker located on the opposite side of the kitchen. They ran the water line tubing through my pantry and used duct tape to secure it to the wall. It looks sloppy, visible waterline, and most of it has already fallen down. Horrible service. Not professional at all! And my bill was $170, for them to install a 6 foot water line with duct tape.

Max fixed an awkward outdoor faucet for us. We called him back when our water heater sprang a leak. He approved our temporary fix and worked with us to save money on installing a replacement.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today because the faucet handle in my bathtub broke, and the water was running non stop. They called me back, and said they would have someone out today. The plumber who arrived was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue quickly. Initially, I gave this company a great (five star) review. However, the plumber did not have the faucet handle, but told me that I could easily find one at Home Depot. While looking for one (didn’t find it-can only get from one place since the style is old) I had a memory recall which has totally changed my mind about my experience with this company. About 3 -4 years ago I had the same issue. That plumber told me that since my house was older he could make the repair to the leak easily. Without going into a long story, he did the same repair that this company did. The difference is that guy charged me around $125 (maybe $150)and these people charged me $400. BIG DIFFERENCE! Will Never use them again!!!

I had a new gas water heater installed by Austin and the experience was great! * Ladies *As a single woman, I can tell you I dread having strangers come to the house bc my experience since moving into a new house w countless men coming by for various projects, they are usually way too chatty and inquisitive, but in this case, the technician was super professional, pleasant, and efficient, so if you’re like me, ask for Austin!! You’ll feel at ease. I also really liked dealing with the office manager, Lisa, who was very friendly helping me schedule the service for when I was ready. Easy, prompt service, competitive pricing, and super fast to schedule visits. As a result of the great work on the water heater, we have a few more projects and plan to use All Masters for our yearly water heater maintenance, too, from now on, as well as when I’m ready for remodeling some parts of the bath.
