Michael did a great job repairing a leaking drain pipe in my crawl space. He was helpful, flexible and professional. Showed up on time, worked hard all day and took time to explain what he was planning to do at the start then showing me what he did at the end. Seemed experienced and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Metro Rooter came to help me with a really tough clog that I couldnt clear myself. The plumber came out on time when they said they would, had a really hard time. They had to come back with some heavier equipment but they got the job done and charged me exactly what they said. Would recommend them to amyone

My original hot water heater that was installed when my house was built over 13 years ago started leaking. It was installed in our house by Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing. I called a Plumber that I had used over the past couple of years for small fixes around the house to come by and stop the leak and replace my hot water heater. I reached out to Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing after realizing they were the original Plumbers when my house was built and spoke with Gary who was very knowledgeable and very helpful by answering my questions even though I did not use them to replace my hot water heater. The plumbing company that I used did not pull a permit or have an inspection done after the work was completed. Gary informed me that was a State Law and requirement by the state of Texas and should have been included in my upfront estimate. I have since made the plumbing company that I used pull the Permit and have the Inspection done. I really appreciate Gary's time and sharing of knowledge even when I did not use them for the repair. This shows what an upstanding and respectful Company Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing is and the type of people they employ. Will definitely use Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing in the future. Thank you Gary for taking the time on several occasions to speak with me regarding my Plumbing situation.

Technician (Plumber) Josh Snyder of KMP Plumbing is a GREAT plumbing technician.I had a shower faucet valve that did not shut off. Yikes! I had water pouring into the shower pan and needed an emergency call-out at 7 PM.KMP dispatch was very understanding and had technician Snyder at my home in an hour. Josh quickly diagnosed the problem and installed the new plumbing part that fixed the problem.KMP Plumbing has been in business many years and it shows with excellent service, knowledgeable techs, and very reasonable service and parts rates. A 5-Star + company.Thank you!

They're on the high end cost-wise, but they know what they're doing and will get the job done. They're also one of the few that has a 150ft plumbing snake.

We had an excellent experience with the actual workers with ABC Plumbing, but the owner- not so much. We had Daryl, Alex, Jovi, Hunter, and Keller on-site over the course of 3 days. They were very transparent with us and explained anything that we had questions about. Unfortunately, they caused a leak and the owner was extremely unpleasant to work with. Serious miscommunication on their end led to frustration from the owner and he refused to take responsibility for his workers’ mistake. Ultimately, he helped with the deductible but I’m still paying out of pocket for a leak they caused after paying them over 6k for a job. It was a really disappointing end to our experience. Great guys but not worth risking another experience with the owner. We’ll find different plumbers for the work for the reconstruction.

I was in need of a plumber this evening. I called and the phone was answered on the second ring. Was quoted an estimate and was told that someone would return my call within 15 minutes, and that he should be there within 1 hour.

A young man named Wes called me within 10 minutes and stated he could be here within 30 minutes. WOW! That seemed too good to be true. However, it WAS true, as Wes was here within 20 minutes.

Wes was very professional, he looked at my stopped-up sewer, and said Yes, I can fix that. Another 15-20 minutes later, he was done with the work and putting his tools away.

The price I was quoted was the EXACT PRICE I paid. A very friendly employee who took time to listen to my concerns, explain the work that had been done and an even better explanation of any warranty details.

We needed help at our commercial location with an air conditioning problem and Metro was able to come within 2 hrs to address the problem. Eric and Houston were very professional and were able to find the problem and came up with options for us. The problem is not fixed but parts have been ordered and we have been kept informed through the whole process. Thank you Eric and Houston for your help.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
