I have just had a complete overhaul of the HVAC systems in our home. Max Air has been outstanding in service, knowledge, and work performed. I absolutely LOVE this company! In the last year, they’ve repaired my hot water slab leak, which included re-routing the leaking pipe through the attic vs digging under my house (James Bielamowicz), extensive heating & AC work (Emmet Elston) filter changes, plumbing & heating maintenance work & duct repair. In all my experiences, Dial 1 Johnson Plumbing, has been honest, took the necessary time I needed to fully explain exactly the whats and whys of every procedure and answered my numerous questions without attitude or irritation. All of their employees, in the front office (Nitta, in my home were kind, considerate & very knowledgeable of the issue. I like the fact that I get a reminder call a day ahead of the scheduled appointment and again 30min from arrival. I also appreciated that for every need repair, employee to the time to search and find all available discounts (awareness of costs/abilities). My favorite is the membership - reasonable monthly fee gets you a discount on services provided, twice a year check up on plumbing & heating/AC systems and filter changes. I’m a believer.

Gaberial Booker has assisted me with several plumbing issues. His prices is good but just as important or more important, he is very responsive and comes out as quickly as possible. I contact Mr. Booker any time I have a plumbing issue and would gladly refer him to others.

Stevie and his his coworker did a great job of replacing old plumbing pipe and leaking joints with modern pipes that only had one joint before our leak became a major problem with our Water bill. They were very professional and friendly and gave me the kind of service that I have come to expect from this company after using them for the last 19 years.

How stressful is it to become aware of a gas leak and have Atmos turn off your gas service 2 days before Thanksgiving in an old house with gas everything (water heater, central heat, cooktop, oven...)?? The answer is A lot!
It lasted only until Roto-Rooter said they could have someone there the very next morning!!! They performed the testing and repairs needed during the same trip, with all parts and test equipment needed already in the truck.... and then made arrangements with the City for work inspection the very next business day! Way exceeded what I thought was realistically feasible.
The stress relieve gained from their responsiveness and the sense of professionalism was amongst the very best I have experienced with just about any contractor over many years. The fairness of the pricing in light of the service rendered was also just first class. I will tell all my friends to hire Roto-Rooter for any plumbing service need, and I am writing this review to let others know about it as well.

I can't speak more highly of the services that David provided me! He even beat a previous estimate by a dishonest contractor by over $1100. Upon conducting his excavation and through his expertise he was able to determine that there actually was no plumbing leak but a sprinkler system malfunction. INSTEAD of charging me the full price for a job that didn't need to be done, he negotiated the price of the excavator down to a few hundred dollars for 7 feet of digging. HE DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME A FEE FOR PLUMBING. This is integrity 👏 that you don't see much in this profession anymore. I've had David out since and recieved the same level of care and professionalism. He will forever be my plumbing expert and I hope you choose him for your family as well. Thanks David!!!

Joe came to the house to do the Annual Fall/Winter Service per the contract I signed with Metro Energy Savers. He did a excellent job.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
