Metro rooter amazing! Service man while fixing my plumbing issue, notified me that their was another issue with my water line connected to the city of Arlington.
By him communicating this problem, I contacted the city and they fixed this $3000 issue. The city covered the cost. But this had to be done by June or I may have had to pay for it.
Thank you again!

Fort Worth co. - duplex visit.
Nice people. Phone call re what needed done & cost. Seemed a little high - $218.50 for 15 minutes work plus travel.
However, I told gentleman I had had a couple other plumbers out to deal with same issue and one of them had said I might need to ck with city at the curb. After he cleared my clog outside, I called city, they came out, but couldn't do their thing because line was clear and not clogged now. Was upset guy had not mentioned that I call city while he was there and, also, could he have told me city couldn't do anything after line cleared? I don't know, but, disappointed I now have to wait for another future clog to get problem rectified. Will have to call city again then.

I have a freestanding tub on my second floor that was leaking from underneath the tub, causing damage through the first floor. Richard responded to my inquiry in less than 24 hours, and was flexible about finding time to meet that worked with my schedule.
Richard is clean cut and very professional. He quickly accessed by issue, provided a quote within 5-10 minutes and walked me through each component in detail. You know an expert within a few minutes of conversation, and you get this sense with Richard immediately.
The initial quote was lower than I anticipated, but he told me he estimated on the high end, as he couldnt truly know until the tub was removed and there were steps he included that may not be required. .
The follow up meeting to complete the job was delivered in 2 business days. Skylar and Dana came out to fix the issue. They were on-time, continued the professionalism that everyone at ABC Plumbing exhibited.
The entire job took less than 3 hours to complete. They came in under the estimate as some of the steps were not needed. They provide pictures of the work done at the main steps of the process.
In addition, Richard has a digital first, modern software approach that he runs the entire company on. The user interface is easy and transparent for customers. You can manage this entire process in real time on your smart phone.
I have already shared ABC Plumbing contact information with my friends and colleagues in the DFW area. I couldnt recommend them more. Great work all.

Bryon and his team know what they have to do, and get it done in a timely manner. They test and clean after themselves when they complete a job. I have used Bryon for years now and he is fair with what they have to do. Just a small business that cares about you and wants to help in any way possible. You will be satisfied!

Please do yourself a huge favor and don’t use this company!Let me begin with a disclaimer. The technician who came to our house was very kind and respectful. This review in no way reflects upon him as the overworked messenger.First things first, we were scheduled for a 4 hour window between 1-5pm for the technician to show up. 5 o’clock rolls around and I haven’t heard anything, no calls, messages of being behind schedule, nothing. I called them and was informed they were behind schedule. The technician didn’t show up until after 9pm. I didn’t expect anything as a result, but in case you’re wondering, no there was no discount or anything for being so late. Now on to the reason for the appointment. After buying a gas stove to replace the existing electric stove, we realized there was no gas line to this appliance. I located the existing gas line in the attic, which conveniently runs from the front corner of the house through the HVAC systems, and then on to the opposite back corner to feed the fireplace. We had a technician come out in order to receive a quote to run a new branch from this line to the stove. Per their estimate it requires 30 ft of pipe (plastic or flexible, not black pipe) down a single 2 story wall with a cut through the exposed framing in the attic, a cut in the dry wall and frame at the upstairs juncture, and then a dry wall cut at the stove. Maybe a bit more complicated due to the walls being finished, but nothing to crazy. This is where I was really caught off guard… I was quoted nearly 6k dollars for this job. I can’t imagine the justification for this outrageous number. The parts would cost maybe $200, I could see 2-3 hours of a master plumber at $150/hr, and then of course things like permits, etc. Even padding profits, there’s no way this should have cost more than $1200 max. This company has many reviews because they pressure their technicians to ask for Google reviews. Please don’t fall victim to companies like this. They will charge you outrageous amounts, and many people are to naive or uninformed to realize they’re being ripped off. If I can help even one person avoid this, I’ll consider this a win. Please do your own research, and follow your gut, but you can’t say I didn’t warn you!

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
