Best Leaking Pipe in Arlington TX

I called to ask a question about pulling a permit and the lady on the phone asked for what. I explained to her my situation and she was like no we don't pull for someone else's work. I'm not a plumber, I don't know how this works. So I say well can you rework and she says no we don't do that either, Click! She just hangs up in my face. No sorry we can't help. She was very rude and unprofessional. I would never give them business talking with her.

The girl they sent out made it sound like a much bigger job than it was. When asked, she said they SHOULD be able to do it in a day. Took about an hour, and they still charged us over $3000, even after all the discounts she could apply. And she called it menu pricing. Seniors, beware...

We have two story house. One Sunday morning we woke up to what sounded like a heavy rain storm. But it was in our kitchen! Much to our surprise our daughter was taking a shower but bad no idea that the valve had failed. The subfloor had filled with a ton of water. The kitchen ceiling had burst open in one place and was sagging in others. We have used Doug over the years, but nothing as catastrophic as this. Doug told me what to do to save the ceiling and was on site in minutes. He had me punch wholes in our ceiling at the bulges. He had the valve replaced in no time. Since we had drained the subfloor he suggested that we give it a day to see if the stain would go away. It did! The drain wholes were repaired the kitchen was repainted. He saved us a ton. Who are you going to call??

Service was quick and friendly. I’m leaving 3 stars because I thought it was sneaky to advertise $99 drain cleaning then get quoted $300 when they show up. I shouldn’t had to call to get the fair and right corrected price advertised on their site. Rating has not much to do with the plumber who came but the inflated price total.

Had the opportunity to observe Brad and his team install a soft water system in my wife's cousin's house. He was extremely professional and courteous. He even took his work boots off before going inside the house to install the RO system. During installation, he found a couple of discrepancies in the existing plumbing. He pointed them out and corrected them. It was something he really didn't have to do, but his ethics wouldn't allow him to leave it uncorrected. A big thank you to Brad and his team for a job well done!
