Best Leaking Drain in Arlington TX

Showed up on time, did the job quickly, and no surprises.

Terry with Metro Rooter came out 12/13/20 to fix a water leak in a pipe leading to my kitchen sink. He used a camera in the nearest clean-out to find the leak. He had to cut into the dry wall and then cut out the old pipe and solder a new piece in. He also rearranged the PVC pipe under the sink to maximize drainage and then replaced the kitchen faucet at my request with a new faucet I had purchased at Home Depot. This all takes time. When he returned the next day to finish, I then asked if he would replace a bathroom faucet and a tub spout so my shower would work. Once again these fixes took time as we needed to get parts from Home Depot. He had to do some soldering as the tub spout was shorter then the previous spout. Terry made it work though and things I needed done for years were fixed. He returned a third day to make the repair on the dry wall for the original leak. He changed an outside water spigot while he was there for a dripping hose I had for 4 years. Yes...all of this cost money but not as much as I thought and much less then some other plumbing outfits would have charged me. Thanks Terry for fixing all these problems that were driving me crazy for years. You did a good job on everything. I love my new faucets.

My original hot water heater that was installed when my house was built over 13 years ago started leaking. It was installed in our house by Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing. I called a Plumber that I had used over the past couple of years for small fixes around the house to come by and stop the leak and replace my hot water heater. I reached out to Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing after realizing they were the original Plumbers when my house was built and spoke with Gary who was very knowledgeable and very helpful by answering my questions even though I did not use them to replace my hot water heater. The plumbing company that I used did not pull a permit or have an inspection done after the work was completed. Gary informed me that was a State Law and requirement by the state of Texas and should have been included in my upfront estimate. I have since made the plumbing company that I used pull the Permit and have the Inspection done. I really appreciate Gary's time and sharing of knowledge even when I did not use them for the repair. This shows what an upstanding and respectful Company Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing is and the type of people they employ. Will definitely use Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing in the future. Thank you Gary for taking the time on several occasions to speak with me regarding my Plumbing situation.

I had an issue with a clog that was somewhere between my house and the street, preventing water from exiting my residence. I called the city and was told there was nothing that could be done by them. I texted Plumb Reasonable, who was highly recommended by my sister, and within a minute I got a response, and within ten minutes they arrived at my house. The owners were professional, informative, and quick, clearing the stoppage within 15 minutes. I am so appreciative that they were able to come so quickly and fix the issue. The owners were friendly and warm, making me very comfortable as someone who knows nothing about plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret it!

Junior came out and did a plumbing inspection, even had to climb onto the roof to do it, and did a fantastic job walking us through the video of the pipes and explaining the different issues he found and quirks about the property that were useful for us to know. Would definitely recommend.

Great service provided during inclement weather! The tech came out promptly explained what he would do, gave me two outcomes as to where it would go and what it would cost. He used the camera equipment to check where the issue was and what was causing it and he was able to clear the main line blockage using the camera in less than 20 min. This is the second time I used Don the Plumber. My first review is below. This time he repaired a shower and installed a toilet. My wife works at night and sleeps during the day, and they had to come through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. They were in and out several times and managed not to wake her up at all. The work is excellent. He pointed out a potential problem with my sewer which he said would need attention eventually. His manner is professional and friendly, and his prices are reasonable. I'll be using him again.

After comparing prices and availability in my area, I chose Don The Plumber. I spoke with the lady who answers the phone (who I assume is his wife, but not sure). She was both professional and helpful, and guided me through what to do so that Don wouldn't have to come out on a diagnostic visit prior to doing the work. My finances were tight and I could only afford so much. There was a valve he wanted to install which pushed the cost over what I could pay by about $200. So Don checked with the city to be sure it wasn't a requirement (professional guy) and then agreed not to install it. He and a helper came out two days after we agreed he would do the work (others had said one to two months). They showed up at the scheduled date & time, explained what they would do before they started, and then worked quietly for about an hour to remove my defunct water heater and replace it.
I'm planning to use Don again for some other plumbing issues I have. Would I recommend him? You betcha.
