Be careful if you use this company. They charged my credit card $225 more than our agreed to amount. I contacted them several times about it. Each time they said I was correct, they were sorry, and they would refund the overcharge. They never did. You can check out their low BBB rating. They have a low BBB rating for that very reason: They overcharge credit cards.

Robert came out to help us when our heater would not turn on. He was prompt, professional, and answered all our questions. He also helped us make a good financial decision in going with the maintenance plan to help keep our unit in good condition. I highly recommend using Max Mechanical!

Dave was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He used shoe covers when I asked and fixed the problem. The work cost what he quoted. Hopefully this solves the leak over my garage.

John at AAA was great. He found the problem quickly, had the needed part with him, and provided useful advice.

We had a clogged sink that we couldn’t fix ourselves. They came the same day, gave notice when they were on their way, were polite and handled the issue quickly and professionally. Additionally, they didn’t mind my very curious seven year old who watched from behind (and out of the way.) One of the plumbers gave him some business cards so he could have something to read while they worked, which my son loved.

I absolutely LOVE this company! In the last year, they’ve repaired my hot water slab leak, which included re-routing the leaking pipe through the attic vs digging under my house (James Bielamowicz), extensive heating & AC work (Emmet Elston) filter changes, plumbing & heating maintenance work & duct repair. In all my experiences, Dial 1 Johnson Plumbing, has been honest, took the necessary time I needed to fully explain exactly the whats and whys of every procedure and answered my numerous questions without attitude or irritation. All of their employees, in the front office (Nitta, in my home were kind, considerate & very knowledgeable of the issue. I like the fact that I get a reminder call a day ahead of the scheduled appointment and again 30min from arrival. I also appreciated that for every need repair, employee to the time to search and find all available discounts (awareness of costs/abilities). My favorite is the membership - reasonable monthly fee gets you a discount on services provided, twice a year check up on plumbing & heating/AC systems and filter changes. I’m a believer.

Michael was friendly and informative on the initial visit. He made the options clear to us and left a written estimate. On the return visit Michael, once again, was professional and clear on the process he was going to do. He communicated well and I felt comfortable with the service provided.

Metro rooter amazing! Service man while fixing my plumbing issue, notified me that their was another issue with my water line connected to the city of Arlington.
By him communicating this problem, I contacted the city and they fixed this $3000 issue. The city covered the cost. But this had to be done by June or I may have had to pay for it.

I've been using all complete for around 7 years. I stick with them because I know the job will be done correctly and promptly. However, there is not a doubt in my mind the job could be for a lot less $$$. I understood that going in. I guess it just depends on whether or not you want to risk getting cheaper versus better. I almost used a different plumber when I had to get my hot water heater replaced because they(all complete) were all out on other jobs and were not able to get to mine when I called them. When I called the office and told them that, they were able to get somebody out.

I had a burst tankless water heater after the recent snow storms. Mr. Lassiter was so responsive and kept me up to date regarding the status of my water heater. The pricing was very fair and the crew was very nice. Thank you for restoring my hot water!

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Had a water leak coming from a supply line underneath our bathroom. We have a older built home with PVC and galvanized pipe. The plumber did not even show till about 5 pm that evening. Once he arrived I saw him to the crawl space that has to be used to get underneath the house. He looked down with his flashlight and asked me where the leak was located. I told him and he did not even try to enter the crawl space to look for himself. He just told me that we have old galvanized pipe and while trying to repair the line he would probably move other water line underneath the house and cause them to leak as well. I was told to have the whole house re-piped and then he left after I paid his service fee.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today because the faucet handle in my bathtub broke, and the water was running non stop. They called me back, and said they would have someone out today. The plumber who arrived was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue quickly. Initially, I gave this company a great (five star) review. However, the plumber did not have the faucet handle, but told me that I could easily find one at Home Depot. While looking for one (didn’t find it-can only get from one place since the style is old) I had a memory recall which has totally changed my mind about my experience with this company. About 3 -4 years ago I had the same issue. That plumber told me that since my house was older he could make the repair to the leak easily. Without going into a long story, he did the same repair that this company did. The difference is that guy charged me around $125 (maybe $150)and these people charged me $400. BIG DIFFERENCE! Will Never use them again!!!
