Was originally responsive for original appointment. He ended up having to reschedule ( which happens). But never responded when I left message to reschedule. Ended up calling another company.

Heath and James came to replace my exterior front faucet. Explained everything that could be done or wrong with the fixture. Got it done quick and made sure it look better than they found it!

Michael has been out to our home twice in the last week or so. He is always thorough, considerate and friendly. He has done a great job on out shower/sink repairs and replaced our water heater, which was no small task. He has been so polite and is always welcome here. I wanted to take a moment to compliment one of your employees. Juan (unfortunately I didn't catch his last name) was a true lifesaver last night in the Canyon Falls neighborhood in Argyle! My family and I moved into our new house yesterday, and around 8pm began smelling gas. Juan came immediately, even though it was getting late in the evening, and stayed until 10:30pm testing multiple things and working diligently to make sure we were safe. We have used ABC Plumbing for several years and they have always done superb work. We use them for general plumbing work but a few years ago we remodeled our master bath and powder bath and they did all the plumbing work. In the recent snowmegedon, our pipes froze when we lost heat and electricity. We were staying with friends and neighbors called and said water was running out of the house. We turned off water. Then called ABC Plumbing and with all they had going on, they arrived within 2 days which was amazingly fast. The 3 plumbers we have experience with are Taylor, Schyler and Hunter. Schyler and Hunter were sent to repair our 6 broken copper pipes. They were so professional, got the job done quickly and used new state-of-the-art tubing that will out last copper pipes. Taylor installed the new plumbing when we remodeled our master bath a few years ago and did an outstanding job. We’ve never had any problems with any of ABC’s work.
We highly recommend ABC Plumbing and give them a 5 star rating.

Mario came on time to fix my toilet flange. He was very professional and did an exceptional job.

I had a membership with them and their affiliate A/C company. The first time I called them out was for a leak in my sprinkler system, which they told me they don’t handle. The second time I called them because my toilet was wobbly. My husband knew what part he needed but didn’t have the tool to fix it. They came out and quoted us over $1000 for a fix that consisted of an $80 part, a tool that could be purchased at Home Depot, and less than 2 hours work. I know they’re not paying their service guys $300-$400 an hour so why are they charging so much for small repairs? Their rates are ridiculous. And they insist on charging you a fee even if you don’t accept their quoted price. I cancelled my membership as soon as my 1 year contract expired. Such a waste of time and money.
