Best Heater Repair in Arlington TX

Thomas Dudley installed my new hot water heater and several minor plumbing repairs around the house and was very thorough, professional and courteous.

I highly recommend Blaize Plumbing! We had a hard to find gas leak and had procured three bids from other plumbers that did not give us confidence before we found Blaize. The entire Blaize team was incredibly professional, smart, efficient and a pleasure to work with. They worked to find and repair the leak with absolute minimum disruption to the house. We were impressed by their problem solving, diligence and excellent communication.

I called Larry Stinson after a very poor experience with a different plumbing company and this one couldn't have been more opposite. Throughout the process, Larry Stinson's team has been professional, communicative, and wonderful to work with. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, they called multiple times to alert me when the technician would be here with a tracking link, and sent over a profile of my technician (Scott) so I knew who I'd be working with. Both guys who showed up were friendly and helpful too. They also informed me of the charges before they started which is very much appreciated. Mr. Booker's team showed up promptly to handle our disastrous water meter issue. Zane and Issac were lifesavers. They were knowledgeable, fast, and Mr. Booker himself showed up to inspect the work! 10/10 all day, every day.

After months of backups and poor maintenance assistanceI called metro Rooter the only thing I can say is why did I take so long. If you have any plumbing problems or drainage issues give metro-rooter a call and you will not be disappointed.

We had a sewer odor in bath. Contacted Bernard’s and explained problem. I was told what the problem was before testing began. We had a leak in drain trap of which digging under slab was required. Problem was repaired correctly on our 60 year old house.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Had a water leak coming from a supply line underneath our bathroom. We have a older built home with PVC and galvanized pipe. The plumber did not even show till about 5 pm that evening. Once he arrived I saw him to the crawl space that has to be used to get underneath the house. He looked down with his flashlight and asked me where the leak was located. I told him and he did not even try to enter the crawl space to look for himself. He just told me that we have old galvanized pipe and while trying to repair the line he would probably move other water line underneath the house and cause them to leak as well. I was told to have the whole house re-piped and then he left after I paid his service fee.

When I first called for service I explained exactly what I needed done, I also explained that I did not have a ground floor drain clean out, they were one of the few that did roof' clean outs.
However, when Lance arrived he explained he personally did not work on roof clean outs he further explained that the roto-rooter coming in from the roof would not clear the drain that I needed to have water injection which cost $1000. With a little further questioning he did finally tell me that they could pull the toilet and clean the drain, however, it would be messy and no guarantee it would clear the line, it seemed he was content to sell me on the water injection and not just share what my options may have been. Frankly, it irritated me, however, I had already had to wait 3 days on another home warranty plumber and sent them on their way when I found out they did not do roof clean outs If you have an older home and no ground floor clean out not many plumbing companies work on the roof, be sure you ask.
Finally, I decided rather than wait another three days to get someone out I would have the water injection. To the companies credit they got someone out same day the two man team they sent out Cody and Blake were extremely helpful, friendly, professional great team. They went above and beyond to make sure they cleaned up after themselves and went the extra mile in answering my questions. I would use Benjamin Franklin again
