Sent out by Cinch, my home warranty provider. A man and woman came out to assess my electrical issue. The man wasn't really friendly, but I didn't care as long as they fixed my issue. After waiting a while for Cinch to approve the repair, AAA Services no showed on me for two appointments. They did not care that I had to rearrange my schedule twice to accommodate them. After the no shows, they stopped replying to me. I have subsequently cancelled Cinch as my home warranty since they insist on using companies that treat their customers like this. I see they actually have some good reviews, so they may be worth it for you. They also have reviews on Yelp which are horrible, which makes me wonder about the validity of Google reviews. Buyer beware. I will be using Baker Brothers from now on. They are more expensive, but paying a $140 deductible to get a firm like AAA Services out is just not worth the hassle for me.

Need a new blower motor and am being charged $1500. Seems awful high when online they cost about $400. The tech was nice and patient and very friendly and knowledgeable. But price seems ridiculously high.

After using them the 3rd time, I no longer recommend Lasiter and Lasiter plumbing.

These guys are awesome!! We had a water leak in our dental office and had to shut off the water. I found them on Nextdoor. Roger and John they came right out and fixed our problem!

They stood us up for our appointment and didn't even bother to call, we had to call them. We asked when they could come and were made to feel as if our request wasn't a priority because all that we were looking to do was have our kitchen sink replaced.

...and yes, I am sure that I have the right Benjamin Franklin location. I did my research before writing this comment.

I don't know what has happened to this company. I've used them for many years for cleaning my drains once a year and for several plumbing jobs. Apparently they do not monitor what their plumbers do or what they charge. I've had fine plumbers in the past but the last couple of years I've noticed a difference. I just had them send someone to install a new sink and faucets in my bathroom. Some young guy showed up, spent 20 minutes here, put the sink in crooked and charged 427.00. I called the office and told them not to deposit the check as the job was not done. My favorite plumber, Mike, came out, installed it correctly and charged me 218.00, gave me back my other check. I don't seem to be able to impress on them that what these guys do, they do in the Roto Rooter name and it is hurting their business.

Daryl and Alex are very professional from identifying themselves to doing a good job. They neatly fixed my bathroom. They were also fast.

Updating review after Roto followed up. Technicians came out multiple times on warranty claim after snaking drain... last time they said they'd send a camera. After diagnosis (6 months later) turns out I have roots in pipes

I'm telling you, had a leak around my toliet and I called Max Quality Plumbing and they came to my rescue ASAP! The Plumber fixed the problem, showed me and explained what the problem was and in a very timely manner & fixed it. Great Warranty as well on the fix. I would and will use them again when necessary... Thank you very much Geronimo!!

The scheduling assistant was professional and friendly. The technician arrived promptly and conducted himself in a professional manner. He even wore a mask! The gentleman was knowledgeable and quickly assessed the issue. Follow up as required but so far I am pleased with the service rendered.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
