Best Gas Water Heater in Arlington TX

The entire Blaize team was incredibly professional, smart, efficient and a pleasure to work with. They worked to find and repair the leak with absolute minimum disruption to the house. We were impressed by their problem solving, diligence and excellent communication.

After fixing the leak under my cabinet, installing a faucet and unclogging my washing machine drain, Gaberial called a mold abatement company for me to handle the mold under my sink caused by the leak. I will definitely call One Way for any future problems.

Technician Daniel Fitzgerald called me and let me know when he would arrive and he was on time. He was very efficient and professional. He accessed the problem and had it fixed in no time. He also explained to me what the problem was and what he did to correct the problem.... This is the type of company I like doing business with.... Would recommend them to anyone who need plumbing work done... I will definitely request Black Tie Plumbing again for any future plumbing issues that I have.

Michael was able to save us money by retrieving a broken screw from our garbage disposal vs. recommended a new one. He also saved us money on repairing a sink stopper where he didn't have to disassemble the entire sink. He was also able to clean out a clogged drain that I thought had to be cleared by removing the pipes under the sink. The bottom stopper was over tightened and he showed me how to clear on my own the next time it stopped up. Would highly recommend Master Repair Plumbing!!

I could not be happier with this service. I had a leak and already decided it was going to be devastating! Turns out it was a small repair and I got my drain unclogged! Plumber was courteous and professional and my dogs even liked him- and they don’t like anyone.A++++

They are price gouging. Charging up to $450 an hour to replace a tankless hot water heater. Coming to the neighborhood on Sunday so they can charge more. Going door to door to get business

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

They stood us up for our appointment and didn't even bother to call, we had to call them. We asked when they could come and were made to feel as if our request wasn't a priority because all that we were looking to do was have our kitchen sink replaced.

...and yes, I am sure that I have the right Benjamin Franklin location. I did my research before writing this comment.

I called to get an emergency fix and was willing to pay the 1st person that could come out and a older lady answered the phone that sounded tired of the day and said...

Me: (Told them the issue and requested someone come out the same day)

Her: Before I got finished tomorrow morning

Me: I won't be available then so I will call back tomorrow afternoon.

Her: Cutting me off again when will you be there

Me: this time tomorrow

Her: we can come then

Me: well I'll just call then when I...

I called plumb reasonable because water was leaching out of my guest toilet and my master toilet would not flush and there was water coming out of the wall near my AC unit! I was desperate to get someone out immediately. They answered and told me right away what the problem could be based on what I described over the phone. The wife and husband duo where at my house within 15 minutes of my call, they were very professional and gave me more information about my pipes being that I was a first time homeowner. These people were honest and and did a great job! They were able to unclog my main drain within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them not only because they are great at their job but also because it’s important to support family business. Thank you so much for helping me in my desperate need and I will be using them for any future needs.
