I had a massive back up at my home and didn’t know who to call, so I asked my neighbor who he used and he told me about Blacktie Plumbing. I called them and was immediately impressed with the office staff and their concern for my issue. They got me on the schedule for the same day and came out in a few hours. The plumber gave me a no cost estimate and I agreed for the service. He then ran his sewer machine and cleared the blockage. When I asked what had caused the issue he told me that there was a large amount of grease buildup. He then asked me if I would like to get the grease out of the line. I of course said yes, but was concerned about the cost. The plumber Jeremy then called is boss Chad and asked what we could do to help me out. They gave me a combo discount and took great care of me. I will recommend them to all my friends and family as they were awesome!! I never felt pressured in any way. They made me feel like family. I tried to get several quotes but nobody could get as low as them, and when i hired them...they sent them out fast and it was complete, foundation patched back up before i got home from work. My friend has a commercial friend plumber that told me to make sure they did certain things. They sent pics of their work, commercial plumber said it was correct, everything is working again....sooo happy with this company!! Thank you! May hire them for my add on 😉

If I could give this company a negative rating I would, but 1 star is the lowest option. I called this company out to fix my washer. Day #1 the plumber got is equipment stuck in the drain and had to leave it over night. Day #2 he got his equipment unstuck, but did not fix the drainage issue. THEN he demanded I pay him for the service call. So 2 days of “working” on the drainage issue the washer was still not fixed and I was bullied into paying for service that was not completed.

They’re booked solid for months so don’t expect quick service. But, I know the owner and he and his team are some of the finest people in the plumbing industry. Our company did his personal roof and he’s always great and fair to deal with.

I've worked with ABC Plumbing for years and years now. They are reliable and honest! Just recently Daryl and Alex worked on removing an old hot water heater from the attic and then figuring out how to make it fit with up the tiny attic stairs. Great guys! Please add my name to the impressively long list of satisfied Fischer & Boone Plumbing customers. My brief but satisfying business experience with Fischer & Boone Plumbing took place on Thursday, October the 26th.
Things started when I called the F & B office shortly 8 in the morning to make an appointment to have my annoyingly faulty, master bedroom toilet looked at and repaired. A young sounding lady by the name of Stacey (with a delightful phone voice) took my call and arrangements were made to have a plumber dispatched to my residence between the hours of 3 to 5 P.M. on that same day. But Stacey went on to state that there was a possibility that one of their plumbers might be able to get to my home earlier than the 3 to 5 P.M. scheduled window time. As it turned out, she was correct. I received a call from her in the early afternoon informing me that one of her plumbers could get to my place within the hour. Stacey asked me if the moved up in arrival would be okay with me? Of course I told her that it would be. So around 1:30, a Fischer & Boone plumber appeared at my front door. He was a amiable guy named Jim. And with his professional expertise, fixing my toilet was mere child's play for Jim. Inside of 15 minutes, my faulty toilet was good as new!

Although plumber Jim was only at my house for a short period of time, I enjoyed talking to him. He was a down to earth guy in his mid-fifties.
Hopefully, I won't have anymore plumbing problems again anytime soon. But if I do, I know who to call (Fischer & Boone Plumbing).

Mr. Stalcup was Excellent. He has helped me several items in Colleyville. Always on time. Had an opening and called me to see if he could come a day early. Neat and Clean with his work. I know if there was problem he would always take care of my family.

The technician was great! He explained as much detail of the service that I was interested to know. I signed up for the maintenance program and explained that includes 2 services (1 for the furnace & 1 for the AC) and the discounts involved when repairs are needed. Thanks Big Bear!Update: The technician found my Evaporator case cracked during his seasonal visit. Big Bear provided two estimate options.1.) To remedy just the leak.2.) Repair the leak and convert to the latest refrigerant.I chose to convert. I think the efficiency gain will give me a return on investment, reducing my total out of pocket costs. Thanks for offering estimate choices!!The install crew arrived promptly. The owner arrived with all the new parts and to review what will be completed. Upon completion, a separate technician came by to confirm all the work and make some final adjustments.This really provided a level of confidence the work was completed correctly! Thanks Big Bear! I'll let my family + friends know about you!

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

First off, our plumber was 1 and a half hours late to our 3 hour appointment. Then after finally showing up, they wanted $1000 to clean out a clogged urinal drain. Yes $1000!!! We obviously didn't feel like getting completely ripped off and sent the man on his way. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS!
$1000?! The world must be filled will enough really gullible people for this company to still be in business. Unbelievable.
