Phenomenal. Larry and his guys saved my house from an ex-contractor’s disaster workmanship. They came out to do the assessment the same day I called them and began work the next morning. They arrived on time, stayed late and stuck to the quote despite the extra 2 days of work that was unexpected. Larry and crew were hardworking, respectful and pleasant to be around. If I ever have any more issues (fingers crossed I don’t), I will be calling them.

I had an emergency hot water leak and Mike was sent out to take care of it. He was professional, explained what was occurring and what needed to be done. Although he had to jackhammer a hole into my kitchen floor through the slab, he kept the mess to an absolute minimum. I was very pleased with the work he did.

2 other plumbers performed hasty inspections and jumped to the conclusion that all of the under-slab pipes needed replacing. DFW Pipe sent me two professional, knowledgeable, better equipped plumbers that did a meticulous diagnosis at a cheaper hourly rate. After pressure-jetting debris and gunk out of the drain lines, their test bulbs could get a good seal and performed an accurate static leak test. In the end, there was no drain leak at all. Service could not have been better.

When another company insisted that I needed a $16,000 HVAC replacement system, I called Paschal and they fixed the issue for under $500 with replacement parts. Can't beat that.

Came home to clogged sewer line had no tiolets or shower, my blood pressure went thru roof a full house of family and no toilets. Found MD Dutton plumbing Misty answered the phone at 7:30 pm got me scheduled for next morning Taylor came out took care of the problem very professional. Would recommend to everyone. Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
