Great plumbing company that came out on time and repaired a leak next to the bathroom toilet toilet which they tunneled 4' 4 and did not damage to my concrete foundation. They also gave me a 5year warranty

Dave was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He used shoe covers when I asked and fixed the problem. The work cost what he quoted. Hopefully this solves the leak over my garage.

Very flexible with scheduling. Conscientious with details. Friendly staff. Cleaned up everything and removed the old water heater. I’ve scheduled more work because they are reliable and offered good service.

The experience was great. The office personnel were excellent, friendly, informative and communication was also great. The technician was on time and very helpful. Checked the entire plumbing system for a leak and resolved our problem. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I absolutely LOVE this company! In the last year, they’ve repaired my hot water slab leak, which included re-routing the leaking pipe through the attic vs digging under my house (James Bielamowicz), extensive heating & AC work (Emmet Elston) filter changes, plumbing & heating maintenance work & duct repair. In all my experiences, Dial 1 Johnson Plumbing, has been honest, took the necessary time I needed to fully explain exactly the whats and whys of every procedure and answered my numerous questions without attitude or irritation. All of their employees, in the front office (Nitta, in my home were kind, considerate & very knowledgeable of the issue. I like the fact that I get a reminder call a day ahead of the scheduled appointment and again 30min from arrival. I also appreciated that for every need repair, employee to the time to search and find all available discounts (awareness of costs/abilities). My favorite is the membership - reasonable monthly fee gets you a discount on services provided, twice a year check up on plumbing & heating/AC systems and filter changes. I’m a believer.

Gabriel is a lifesaver! Extremely friendly and professional, he was able to come out within 2 hours of my call. He was very clear in describing what he was doing, got me back up and running quickly, and his pricing is MORE than fair. Hopefully I won't have any issue for a LONG while, but if I do he will be the first person I call. HIGHLY recommend!

This company wanted to overcharge on a hot water heater replacement. We called our home warranty company, they contracted out with Black Tie. The rep that came out came up with $1300 in additional charges that we’d have to pay....all completely bogus. The amount of pressure that this guy applied for us to sign and give him the job was insane, all which is on video surveillance. One of the most ridiculous charges was $250 for a permit...which cost only $100. I would never do business with an organization like this. After having another plumbing company come out, we were only out an additional $400, not $1300!! Always get a second or third opinion when dealing with this company. Buyer beware!!

Mike Gentry is AWESOME!! VERY courteous, professional and takes pride in doing the very BEST!!! He does OUTSTANDING QUALITY work! Fast but efficient and above anything else he KNOWS plumbing! His concerns towards the customer are genuine, he truly cares!

Was not real happy with my telephone conversation. I needed a second opinion on a slab leak. The man on the phone made me feel like he didn't want to come to check out my situation. Conversation ended and left me with the feeling he had so much work he didn't even want to bother with me. Will not call them again.

Chaz and Mike did a good job installing a water line for an ice maker. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I would rate them better, but they did leave a big hole in the Sheetrock behind the fridge. I think they should have covered the hole with a vent plate or something to make it look professional.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Don’t ever use this company. They totally ripped off my sister. They are commissioned salesmen masquerading as plumbers. They broke her pipes then sold her a bunch of unneeded fixtures just to increase their prices.

I had the technician look at my Mini-split AC unit. He was very knowledgeable and informative. The unit will have to be replaced so we haven’t decided on having it done yet. I would recommend them Highly

The Plumbing Service (Brent) came out the same day to assess the situation, when other Plumbing companies could not figure it out, Brent was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix the issue at a reasonable price. I am amazed at a wonderful job he did! He was very professional by explaining it every step of the way, gave me tips to prevent the issue in the future, and was very reliable. I would recommend this company!

After 8 quotes to replace the main sewer line in my home, I was convinced to call Roto Rooter. I am so glad that I did! Steve came out and gave me a quote which was HALF of what a few of the other companies charged! He performed the service within 2 days and left my yard clean. Steve (and Melissa) answered all my questions and contacted me every step of the project. Here's the kicker -- Steve found a hole in my kitchen pipe while under the house and replaced it. The total cost ended up being LESS than the original quote!!! I HIGHLY recommend this Roto-Rooter location. Ask for Steve! Thank you so much for your wonderful work.
