Best Gas Leak in Arlington TX

I had a leak in my home, they came out the next day! Tell me why they couldn't find a leak. they invoice paper says no leak. When I called Specialty Restoration of Texas to come out they found it right away and they did the job and repaired the pipe and had fans and dried the wet carpet. Waste of Money and Time on this company. Plus I was wanting to pay by credit card the $250 charge for the service call and the Person/Plumber said the only take cash they should tell the person when scheduling they only take cash. Luckily my husband had cash.

Tyler was very pleasant and professional. He replaced the fill valve and flapper in both my toilets. All is working great now. Pricing was very competitive and scheduling was quick.

AAA was prompt and had my problem fixed in no time at all.

Water Heater maintenance

Mr. Booker's team showed up promptly to handle our disastrous water meter issue. Zane and Issac were lifesavers. They were knowledgeable, fast, and Mr. Booker himself showed up to inspect the work! 10/10 all day, every day.

Blacktie Plumbing conducted a leak detection test and did a wonderful job. Pedro was on time, professional, respectful of our home and very helpful. Pedro was knowledgeable and did a great job! Will use Blacktie and Pedro again! Thanks for your help!

The whole drain system of my house came to a stoppage on Saturday 4pm. I called 2 plumbing services and they did not have an open spot until Sunday and the other I was placed on a 4 hour wait list. I decided to call Metro Rooter and they answered within one ring. They said they will have someone out to my house within one hour. Joe arrived and assess the situation. He started with the back clean out and within 15 mins he new the stoppage was upfront. He went to the front clean out and within 10 mins the line was cleared. The price that was quoted to me over the phone was the price I paid. Too many services out there will tack on additional fees or try to sell you a membership. Thank you Metro Rooter and especially Joe. You run a customer service oriented and honest business.

Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. Will continue to use

Hot water heater will not stay lit & I call two plumbing companies & one was book till Tuesday & the other said to call another plumber they didn’t want to deal with it. I used this one a lot. No more!
So I looked online & found this company & its 5 star rating. I called & they came out & clean some little thing & put it back in & told us they would call in the morning to check on it! What ! What! This is real Customer Service which I haven’t seen much of lately. Definitely use them from now on.

They are price gouging. Charging up to $450 an hour to replace a tankless hot water heater. Coming to the neighborhood on Sunday so they can charge more. Going door to door to get business

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

I call these guys with a major water leak problem and they came out and within the hour just like they said.He had me fixed up in no time and quoted me $200 and that's what they charge me I was very impressed I would definitely recommend these guys.

Nice people. Phone call re what needed done & cost. Seemed a little high - $218.50 for 15 minutes work plus travel.

However, I told gentleman I had had a couple other plumbers out to deal with same issue and one of them had said I might need to ck with city at the curb. After he cleared my clog outside, I called city, they came out, but couldn't do their thing because line was clear and not clogged now. Was upset guy had not mentioned that I call city while he was there and, also, could he have told me city couldn't do anything after line cleared? I don't know, but, disappointed I now have to wait for another future clog to get problem rectified. Will have to call city again then.
